Extra spice today!! Luna's wagging tail was somehow encouraging for me!

Yes we love extra spice in our life ! 😅 haha I think this was my boy dog Baloo.. I will have to make a formal introduction of the two, he’s usually the one grunting to play ball in the background ☺️ their presence motivate me also! Thank you SKYBLUE 💙

Can you elaborate on what the loaded spring is doing and how it’s different from the normal spring setting? A couple of your videos ask us to load it that way and I can’t figure out what’s different. Thanks for your time and content.

Hi Paul! Great question, I would be happy to answer! On most reformers there are two rows of hooks and/ or buttons. When I say to “load a spring” that means I’m taking a spring tension (light, medium, heavy) and making it 1/2 a spring heavier. For example, in the video I load a light spring, so it’s no longer on its lightest spring tension and not quite a medium.. but right in between because of that little extra “load” on the back row of hooks or buttons! This can make the movement nicer or spicier depending on the exercise. I hope this answers your question? Thank you so much for watching 😃

@@kathrynchanel perfect! Yeah I have the same reformer as you and when I had called balance body In the past they didn’t really explain it that well. That’s great to know. Thanks for taking the time to reply and keep up the great and challenging work!

Is it me or did you forget one exercise if the leg combination in the other side? Didn’t do the leg in the air pikes and the rotation with the reformer open. Loved that flow, thank you!!
