You may say! I began listening to the Irish Tour : " Back to my stomping ground" at least 3 or more times morning evening because I wonder how he did this music, never thought a guitar could do this! Since November I went on listening to each YT post...

This was the 2nd show of the night. Wxrt played it on the air on new years eve. I was at the 1st show and have a recording of that too. Front table center. Amazing. Can’t get enough of Rory and how one show is much different than the other. Peace
I was there as well except for both shows front and center. No way I was missing Rory even if Park west - total class place back then - was an adult club with drink minimum. Front table both shows BTW.

@@dominiquepaul6877 I checked tape and it’s too old now and deteriorated. It was a low quality recording from a handheld device anyway so not worth restoring. I tossed it sorry

I saw a the year before in Schaumburg to this day it's the Rock-n-Roll show I've every seen.
Are you kidding, RGR! Not when the celebration is this good! I'm glad I waited til this morn, else I would've woke the neighbors! Too bad they faded out on Bullfrog, RG was lit up that night. Got anymore from this period? Let's get on down to the laundromat and party the rest of the month in celebration of the Rory dynamo! Thanks for keeping the flame burning!

@@berniestanich6007 Not so, Bernie. This one comes in at around 10 mins. and is the usual exceptional performance. But, have you not heard/seen (it's on video) Rory on Rockpalast-Wiesbaden '79? It runs a good 12 mins. with Rory pulling out all the stops, going into super ballistic overdrive towards the end where takes no breath going into Secret Agent and again no breath into Roberta for about a 23 min. nonstop run. I couldn't find a link to the complete 2 hour show, but here's one to Tattoo'd Lady from that night to enjoy. It's tirelessly chilling. /:-)
