Right because nobody worked the min-wage in the 1990s for 5.15/hr barely making $10,000 a year. Those cars look cheap by todays standards but as someone in their 20s back than it was like a year or two of full time work and saving if you were lucky.
The 1990s were the last decade where you could tell what make and model most of the cars were. Cars made in the 21st century all look the same. I cant tell the difference between a Chevy, Toyota, Mercedes and so on anymore. It's like they are all the same car just with different names.
I saw a green 96 Pontiac Grand AM at 6:41 in the video,I had a white one I bought in January or February of 97,it was good at first but started to be a money pit.

In the mid 1970s a brand new full size car was around $4000.

I agree. Fortunately I only buy cars from the 20th century for a multitude of reasons. 80s and 90s.
I recognize that Walmart in Fontana and that Ralph's shopping center on Highland and Riverside in Rialto. Simpler times then.
What I miss most about the 90s is the mentality people had back then. People then were so down to earth and chill. Now everyones super uptight.
