A tow truck is not legally allowed to tow without permission of the owner - so the city on public property, or the lot owner. You can't just have someone's car towed.

Without a car being towed, I cannot give this video an upvote. Trust me, you block me in for even 30 seconds, I will have your car towed. There was only ONE time I didn't have someone towed and that was when they blocked me in on Christmas Eve for services. The only reason I didn't do it was because it was Christmas Eve. But I damn sure waited for them and ran up on them the minute they came back to their car and yelled "Merry Fucking Christmas, because that's the only reason I didn't have you towed. That's the best Christmas present you're getting this year." And then they were uppity w/ me. So I still regret that Christmas present.
In Germany those cars will be removed in between 15 min and the owners have to pay for it if you were in public space ( excuse my bad english )

It is common to be double parked in Malaysia. But unlike rude people, Malaysians double parking normally leave a piece of paper showing their phone number. If not, we normally just honk until the driver nearby will hear it and be confused and anxious to check if it's their car being the issue
