You are braver than me I barely eat squid,I worked in a fish processing plant and we would pack squid and we would never finish it all and it would spoiling never got over that smell. I tried eating fish raw,I can't do it.but I love seafood just not raw.love all your videos especially when you have Mega on with you.keep up the awesome work.
Stingray fin is one of my favorite foods that's nearly impossible to get in the US. Even most Japanese places don't have it here in Houston, and we're the 4th largest city in the US.
What does that black ink do to your insides .There is a TH-cam blog of a fisherman putting squid ink all over his arms and he let it dry couldn't get it of is arms were black for days.

I had a revelation when you said the omelet was super sweet “in Japan sweetness is a thing”. I got some Japanese quattro cheese corn snacks that look a lot like Cheetos but they were sooo sweet. I didn’t enjoy them as much as I hoped.

Typically the table charge is small & worth the dish.
