      My family always makes these german raisin bread balls rolled in powdered sugar in the same pan at Christmas and stuff. They are hard to not burn lol.

    Omg, it is 03:00pm and you are making me hungry again. My dinner time is in about 3.5hrs…
    Thank you very much, Eric, for sharing your EMT video with us.
    PS : Being in Japan I will stop being on a diet. Time? I don’t know yet.
    PS2: Will you go to the place at the beach with Andy and Tomoko in Summer again? Sorry for forgetting the place‘s name.

    I make Aebleskiver from time to time. They are the same little round pancake things. They can be sweet or savory. They are NOT easy to get right. Even after making them many times, the first couple are usually a disaster. So, don't be too hard on yourself. ❤

    I've got to experience the skewers from the China buffet in Huntsville, Alabama. It's okay but they don't have what you have though but it's ok cause I don't like anyways . Discovered an Asian style store here and my granddaughter loves the everyburger candy. Thanks again for the great video, have a blessed day

    Loved the look of the deep fried and breaded fish, meat and veg. Here in the Philippines they sell deep fried banana on a stick coated in sugar, I call it diabetes on a stick.
    Those balls a disaster should have been cooked for you I blame the Resturant

    I’ve never seen red ginger before, is it a different taste to normal ginger?

    • @restaurantman
      @restaurantman 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The red ginger is called 'Beni Shoga". The Ginger is brined in a vinegar solution made with pickled Plums (Ume), which results in the reddish color and a slightly tart taste.

    I still give you a 5 out of 6 for your attempt at the octopus balls. I’m sure the chefs didn’t get hired at their first job because of their excellent skills at octopus balls. Great job Eric. With no help either. And you were overcome with smoke inhalation! :)

    No way, should have been 6/6. You could have asked for help with takoyaki,especially in Japan. Second you knew when turning takoyaki,it wasnt ready! Third tell them and show the mess, I'm sure they would have taken tray away, giving you another try. Oh well. Bring Mega,let him try
