At first, Coco's served only American-style meals, but the menu gradually changed and the restaurant turned into a Japanese-style family restaurant, focusing on steaks, international dishes, and Japanese cuisine.

I really think it's neat how the Japanese restaurants provide stuff at the tables. For instance the silverware that staged at the tables or how some restaurants have hot water spigots to make your own fresh green tea. Very convenient. Thanks Eric for showing us the differences between our cultures🎉

It's a good day when Eric posts. The food looked pretty delicious, and a great variety. Japanese family restaurants strike a great balance between quality and quantity. While I do love your vending machine videos, It's also always a treat when you get to show us some restaurants (or even food festivals). Keep up the good work, Eric.

Its a family restaurant was not expecting 6's. Been forever since I have been to a cocos in the states. Not even sure if they still exist in California. Better quality then what I would expect here though.

Another great video, I love seeing these types of restaurants and the variety on the menu, that dessert looked a real treat.

Eric, again I love all the variety in food that Japan has to offer...I really loved this video, though I will never sway from having my steak well done, many times I marinate my steaks overnight in the fridge before frying them next day, this works for me.

Growing up in So Cal just like you, it is so interesting seeing Coco's Restaurant. It was a staple in Huntington Beach where we grew up and to see it in Japan is wild, and very interesting. This was very neat and reminds me of being a kid. Again, I actually had my 8th grade graduation dinner there in the 80;s they had the best bakery too, great memories for sure. Thanks for the video Eric! 🥰

Your choices were really good. The steak could have been medium rare. But that's my favorite choice for steak. They shut down our Cocos. We were really bummed. Only 15 min in but I like the fact that while this is a family restaurant, a lot of the entrees are cooked better then I would have expected. Pretty cool.

It's great that they still provide tablets to order from. Nowadays many places you need a phone to place your order. A bit difficult if your phone runs out of battery.

looked really nice some of that food it made me smile when you said you used to use muscles as fish bait as my grandad would get a half pound of then for bait when he took me fishing ! really cheap on that wine as well in the uk its anywhere from £3.50 to £5.50 for a small glass of wine !! the pumkin rice dish looked really nice i would love to try something similar to this if i ever got the chance keep up the awesome videos i love it when i get chance to watch or join a premier much love !

Love this one. Well worth it! Wh 11:24 en you grill it is done searing the outside when it does not really stick. But easily pops off. Try this method! Hope it makes life a little bit easier!!!!
