Good job wily value the time you spend with your son my parents are gone God rest their souls 😊take care and God bless all of you at don't be wily😊good job
Wiley u and Jacob are awesome love ur videos those air jacks are a must with heavy equipment I have a steel plate that I use under mine to keep it from sinking in the mud
Take you some vice grips and clamp to the outside ring on the tire. Jack it up all the way. And pull on the pliers while putting air in. I drive a loader and we could get one to air up and a tire shop come and showed us how to do it. Hope this helps. It worked for us. 😊
I think it has to be higher off the ground. The tire might even have to be remounted, which would require a mobile tire service. It might be off the back of the rim too. Good job guys! Thanks for sharing, Wily!
Those tires you have to get tye wait off the tire . Usually you have to change the seal in behind the ring. Wally I operate a 2022 front loader. There great loaders. You might have to get a tire guy out there to help fix it but it can be aired up have a great a blessed one my friend.
Your little compressor just ain’t doing it the tyre guys have massive compressors on their trucks to force more air into the tyre sometimes it has to come apart to replace the o ring
Take 2 pieces of 4x6 widerthan the tire by at least 6 inches on each side of the rim.raise & Rotate tire place blocks on either side of flat spot. Lower and put pressure on the blocks. You may have to raise and lower several time It should help reshape tire working the flat spot out. The idea is to get the rubber flexing. Use your tire soap and start with reasonably low pressure to let the tire start to reshape and seat on bead. Once tire is reshaped if id does not seat on bead try a quick high pressure shot. Getting the flat spot out is a big step in reseating. Good luck.
That’s a nice loader to abandon! Need to run something like that through the creeks and rivers up here to get all the rock out after the flood. If you need river rock we got em 😅. Great job ! I’m with the other person a tire guy is better than a messed up back! Coming from someone that has one here. Take care Mr Wiley!!
When you first started up the ladder , I though in my mind, that look like prime red wasp condo.🙂 Tractor&Eguipment in Bham had some fine promotional ball caps. Have enjoy all your video!!
There is a front end loader just sitting on a lot in my home town I don’t think it’s moved in 3 years. Crazy how people will just leave equipment laying.
There very solid reasons why. Never to presume it is forgotten can save a lot of heartache. However what you tell us is very interesting. Although moving those machines costs such a lot even if you own a suitable rig they commonly sit until further use is found. If it doesn't pay. It doesn't move. 👍
@@jackrichards1863don’t cost that much to move them it’s about $180 an hour for a low boy … I run the low boy so I know and your not trucking the across county so at most 1,000 bucks and that for a new low boy guy who got lost getting to the next destination
I used to to otr tires if you jack ot up and get the tire off the ground of you dont have soap spray some wd 40 on the o ring and it should air up but the rim flange needs to be pulled to the oring i have been able to push the back of tire to make it seal ...looks like Michelin tires so it should sesl easy they have very flexible sidewalls
It’s too bad about the tire, Don and Jacob, but you did give it a big try, but I wanted to see it move also, maybe next time, but great job Guys❤❤👌👌🍮🍮😎😎🙏🙏
Ive known guys who had enough equipment they would lose some I know one boy he had d6 tractor left in woods 12yrs some people were gonna buy some of the land here left it on they found tractor were gonna sell it to him he freaked out he remembered the tractor then he had so much going he'd forgotten it. That must be nice I'm retired owner operator and it' drive me crazy to see a piece of ole iron rust away sitting they were made to work
I use to be a tire man eons ago. Jack tire up off the ground. Pull valve core. Take two 2' er 4" ratchet straps and wrap them around the outside of the tread. With the ratchets at ten and two tighten the straps somewhat equally. A warm tire should start to round out, cold tires will need a lot more persuasion. There are some other great ideas here a combination of them should work . CAUTION when the tire starts to take air release the straps immediately or the straps will burst. Try to avoid using starting fluid.
Back in 2011 i ran wa500 loading coal trucks they had add steel to bucket best that i can remember it was 8 yard bucket we would put almost 4 buckets on tractor trailer
😂, I ran a 500, 2010 through 2013 in Massachusetts in a crushing operation. Regular bucket in Massachusetts,it took about 3 and a partial for most drivers. Or they would cry overweight.😂😂😂😂 As a retired operator it was one of the best loaders along with the Cats.
First of all I must apologize! I haven’t seen to many of your videos lately and well I just been busy with projects. It is nice to know I have a bunch I can stream.👍 honestly I just scroll right past that other fella.😉
You need to take the inner core out of the valve and that lets the air in faster, you need a big bore valve connector on the compressor dont use a valve reducer. Dont worry about the tyre it will be ok once you blow it up to about 40psi.
What up Mr Wiley e Coyote and Jacob that's a lot of.power ur gonna be starting something Wiley e Coyote is gonna be starting something 👍 take care of yourself and each other
❤❤❤ great vid trick is soap acts as a temporary seal take core out of valve stem screw on a quick release air fitting wait for your air comp to be at max then clip the air fitting on it's the sudden high volume rush that pushs the walls out once you lose the rush of air you have to repeat if it fails dont just let the comp blow a lower volume in as it escapes to fast... You may need to lower the jack to apply some pressure on the tyre to force its wall out real bad ones I use a chain an dog around tyre to push the sidewalls out.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 some tryes take many tricks 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 also bang on the rim as you rush the air in the vibration often helps IF THE ABOVE FAILS KNEEL DOWN AND PRAY ❤❤❤❤❤
It seems logical that the tire is 'bent' and doesn't want to fit to the rim. You need to try the old starting fluid trick, spray it in and light it to see if that will pop the tire back out to meet the wheel. If nothing else it may warm up the tire a bit.
Hello Wily, Here I mentioned a Komatsu Front End Loader and you have one in this video. The bucket is like the ones that we had on our loaders for loading rock salt. The tires that were on our John Deere loaders had a 1-4 inch to 3/8 inch rubber o ring that would break and the tires absolutely would not hold air - I am not sure if the Komatsu loaders had the rubber o rings like the John Deere loaders had or not. I would definitely say that the rim has a lot of rust & crud buildup on the beads. You need one of the tire inflators for your air hose with a longer hose and the locking collar that locks onto the threaded end of the tire valve so that you don’t have to be so close to the ring on the tire - Those tire rings are very deadly.
All we did was put two sets of mole grips on the tyre ring where it was off the rim then get two tyre irons place them under the mole grips then pull the ring gentle back till you get it to seal then it catches the air but take the valve out first
Hey young fella got suggestion for you watch a flash that tire leave it up for a few days late I guess natural shape back in a little bit and then put some kind of a gasoline or starter fluid or something around the bead and light it no ask somebody to tire store how to do that before you do it I don't want to blow yourself up but the whole time trucker trick is a flashlight tire
You was doing it the way i all ways have but now with the flat spot on top maybe you can do it and dont do the flash lite a big tire like that one needs a lot of starter fluid and you could get to much or to little and cause trouble let someone who as done it before try it
Hard telling with equipment like that who owns it. The bank, equipment place. That tire looked kind of stiff, some use the band that goes around the center to squeeze the sides out. Be safe ole boy.
You could have maybe drove in a circle to the left and it may have seated the tire enough to take air . The starting fluid and lighter trick may help also but very dangerous .
@DontbeWily put it in a bind by pulling up and turning , just a few feet while turning then back up the same maybe it will get closer withe the edge . Lol I don't know I'm just askin !!! The starting fluid trick start small ! Hasn't Jacob got one friend that will go for it lol ?
