first power yoga after having the flu. I can say this practice tested my mental strength. I know my body can do it but my muscles were shaking. Very good practice though. Loved the flow between poses and a new way to get to half revolved moon

Hola Charlie. Tu hata es muy original. Very enjoyable for a 50+ like me. I usually Perform a 25 to 35 mins after jogging around . And choose a longer and tougher one if muy boones allow me ....
That was fun! Except warrior 2 to side lunge back up to the last warrior 2 on first side- my overpriced cheap foam mat bunched up and my foot hit the painted cement and I pulled my hip flexor area. My son is 2 1/2. . He’s my little shadow now, he will always always come to yoga town with me if he’s awake Two nights ago he started to do poses with me, he did a wide fold basket head stand …. He did it with zero previous muscle memory,He did 3 legged dog when he was smaller but hasn’t I a while Well tonight he got into tabletop and did the open out knee to elbow open out then fire hydrant. 😮. Then he did side plank 😊 😢I’m so proud of him
Hello.. I was really sweaty at the end of this session.. I just wanna ask is it still necessary to do strength training and lift weights, after doing such an exercise.. what's ur take on this Charlie?
Hello and thank you for joining me. Even though I’m a yoga teacher I don’t think the yoga practice i offers the body everything it needs. I also add in some running, pilates and weight training as well as pulling exercises to balance out my movement routine.

Loved the transition from twisted chair to revolved half moon! This one flew by, I really like this pace and style of creative flow.
