Ah-that’s so good, Paul. Great to hear proper 70’s music again. Non of this over-shredded stuff. Living in the 70’s was a gift from heaven for some of us.
Paul, so fantastic to see and hear your playing and singing; absolutely what it's all about. I can see you loving it so much, and so did I; brought a massive smile to my face. Cheers and keep it grooving!
Good afternoon Paul, I'm from Brazil, here Brazilians like Kemper, Helix and Boss more. I bought the GP 200, because the pedals mentioned above are very expensive here in Brazil. I was undecided about buying a pedal when I saw your video. Since you are a professional in music, this was fantastic. Thank you very much.
Hi Paul, except for loving your '70th song', which is amazing, you haven't posted any new material in a while! We miss you! Your positivity and your love for music ought to be shared! I hope that it is because you have a lot to do at the moment, but don't forget us, we really like your uploads! Please continue with them!
Thank you... the lovely thing about this is... it's NOT mixed! I wanted the sounds to sound exactly like they did out of the Valeton. Even the voice was a one take job. It's not every recording that comes together like this! Thank you for the lovely compliment.
Ahh, finally an example of what this pedal can do for blues/classic rock. Pretty much every other demo/example of this pedal I have seen is either over saturated, over effected, or a super hifi like clean. I have just ordered one as it was a great deal (£199 new in box!) But have been concerned whether it would give me the response/feel and dynamics I like when I play. From this vid I can hear a lot more of the actual guitar tone itself coming through which is what I want. Thanks for a refreshing review and a great 70s style song. When mine arrives I will be starting to post some vids of how I want to experiment with it.
Great song , amazing vocal too.! I have been swithering over all of these different virtual amp and fx of this price point. And you you have sold me on the valeton. I hadn't even heard of it till last week. Wasnt on my radar. Its now on the to get list.
I just got one of these units and I’m searching for tones. It’s been fun. You sound fantastic. The whole song is dope. Keep on rocking in the free world brother.
My Valeton will arrive this morning next few hours 😮 I’m excited to start using something that works as well as my NUX MIGHTY SPACE Busking amp fully rechargeable for sounds outta box that are great and easy to mold
Amazing job Paul, thank you for the video, greetings from Spain. I bought the Valeton gp200R few days ago and Im trying to learn how to create my own presets for my band (funk, soul, rock)
@@PaulBondMusic i feel ya. Well this should give some context too: started playing violin when I was 5. Suzuki method. Started guitar as soon as I could afford it (15 years old mowing lawns to afford a guitar and amp and lessons). Improved rapdily thanks to my left hand and violin. Met a dude freshman year in college and started a band, ended up playing up and down the east coast of the US and after graduation, played full time for several years, recorded 2 albums (CD's) of original music. Played with some very high level musicians over the years. 2 former band mates continued playing professionally and one tours with a national act and most band mates were music majors and extremely good vocalists and musicians. I got lucky 🤞🏻. But I also know enough to know when something sounds really good so .... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Paul.i sold my helix floor for the reason it just had to much stuff on the thing and compared to some of the newer modellers it's pretty hefty.i was looking at getting the helix stomp but after watching your 1st video I decided to take a punt on the valeton ,I'm glad I did some of the amp sounds are fantastic and it's simple to make your own..really liking your posts on these units and loving you putting the sounds in your songs.. Great tune and vocal..more of the same mate👍
Really cool song. Great vocals! Really loved the patches that you created for the Valeton GP-200. I downloaded them and I actually use them a lot live. Do you have any more?
Sounding great as always mate. Your lead tones always inspire me, you get them really singing with a lot less gain than might be expected, they're great! Good vocal there too.
This is like the 5th video i've watched of yours; so much production value in this alone and I only came looking for honest opinions of the GP200 and found so much more now. I'll add the GP200 to my treat-myself list (with wifes audit) now, i've been playing for 8 months now and slowly building my stuff up as I go along and I certainly like what I'm hearing about the GP200, I was partially undecided on the LT, the JR, or the full fat GP200. I'll go ahead with the full fat version just so i'm never wanting more I think.
Im waiting for mine to arrive. Those tones are unbeatable for the price. One day I might go for a Boss or something like that in the higher price range but this thing is great. Great playing and singing! Love your videos!
@PaulBondMusic your vids on the gp200 are the best going. Have you tried an accoustic via it, and have you tried going into an amp via say boss katana? Really looking forward to your next vid Paul, keep up the great work!
Great vid and song Paul. Wish you the best. Got any tips for good live music around Leeds? My grandaughter is at Univ of Leeds. Tnx also for the patch download.☮
That was freaking awesome. Thanks for sharing your patches. I downloaded them. Can you do some metal patches and metal jam out? I would love to hear it.
I agree that this machine kills on those 70s tones. I have a Strat with a Gilmore set up and really digs in when I go for a jangly tone. Love to hear you do similar 90s grunge tone review here too.
Ah-that’s so good, Paul. Great to hear proper 70’s music again. Non of this over-shredded stuff. Living in the 70’s was a gift from heaven for some of us.
We need to bring this type of music back... and the peace and love bit of the 70's as well !!!! 😎
Paul uploads new GP200 video, I click immediately! 😄😎😊😊
Awww TY... more to come soon. 😎
Cool
Idk why nobody is talking about your voice but it's freaking amazing! I got my GP-200 today and thanks to you I'm having a blast with it!
Thank you so much for the lovely comment about my voice. Much appreciated.
Glad you're having fun with the Valeton.
Make some GREAT music with it!
Cool song, great voice - and the guitar tones are perfect, too!

Thank you so much. It really means a lot when I read these comments.
Thank you so much 😎
Paul, so fantastic to see and hear your playing and singing; absolutely what it's all about. I can see you loving it so much, and so did I; brought a massive smile to my face. Cheers and keep it grooving!
Give that man a record deal. Fantastic!
Thank you SO much... comments like this make it even more worthwhile - cheers 🍻
Grand stuff about time we got back to proper guitar music, keep them coming.
Ahh thank you - it means a lot. I most certainly WILL do some more when I'm back off tour.
I love your song. GP200 puts out great guitar sound!
Thanks Andre - I still use my GP200 over some more expensive units. I love it 😎
If I heard that on the radio today...i would hang around to see who it was...its damn good!
Thanks so much. Comments such as this mean more than you could ever know.
Dude, really cool tune. Very Rod Stewart from when he was a rocker.
Thanks SO much. I was completely going for a 'Faces' vibe.
Hi Paul, except for loving your '70th song', which is amazing, you haven't posted any new material in a while!

I really enjoyed this. Loving the tones and how convenient that it can all be done through the same box that is the Valeton!
Cheers Bluetone.
Very nice man, well done. Thank you for sharing your gift and generosity to the youtube guitar community. Greetings from the U.A.E.
Thank you so much. Hello from the UK. I REALLY want to get out to the U.A.E. one day soon. Is there much of a music scene?
That was great ! Thank you for re-igniting my determination to get some better tones out of my GP200.
The tones are in there... it just needs a bit of tweaking.
That was awesome! Great tune! Rock on!

Connect your computer to the Valeton and have fun.
SO MANY great tones to be had.
I should do a funk type of sound from scratch. Watch this space!
The GP200 brought me here, so I bought a GP200. I stay for the insights, demeanour, content and tunes! Thanks Paul! Subbed

Sounding great as always mate. Your lead tones always inspire me, you get them really singing with a lot less gain than might be expected, they're great! Good vocal there too.

Yes, I got the GP-200, still learning how to use it exactly but so far it's been fun to use.
The GP-200 must also include a built-in time machine! Started listening and suddenly I'm back home in the 70's! Awesome sounds dude!
You're almost right - I use my 'old-codger' plugin in the recording process 😜
Thanks for the fab compliment.
Brilliant, you got such a good rock voice Paul. Please do more valeton gp 200 sounds.
Thank you... more to come soon.
very cool! i love it

Great playing and singing! Love your videos!
Thank you for your compliments... I'm not so sure that you need to spend any more money. I still use my GP200 ALL of the time on pro sessions.
Love this song Paul and thanks for sharing the patches - now loaded up, and I'll give them a workout :)
