    Great video!
    Honestly adding barriers is so important to help prevent procrastination! This is why I live in a van now. I cant procrastinate by meandering around my house if there is no house!
    But actually, for any iphone users, there is a built in "time limit" feature for apps which I unfortunately NEED to use for social media to get anything done with my life.
    This was really well put though, thanks for all the info!
