what speed could i get with a 7,2 nimh and a brushless 12t 3100kv and 60a esc, full bearing kit, soft foam tires, aluminium driveshaft, and pinion 28 , spur 55. what upgrades to i need to hit atleast 100 km/h ?
I would not drive a nimh Batterie , a lipo is much more powerful . i think you can get to 70 km/h with this Setup . i would buy a 3,5 turn motor , 120 a esc and a 5000 mah 50c 2s lipo . than the 100 kmh is no Problem
Hallo I use the tt-02 high speed gear Set and modified it to fit . than i Ude 48dp 55t pinion and 46 Spur ... Motor mount ist an Aluminium tt01 but modified. Last days i hit tue 171 kmh with it but no Video 😣

@@bernidampfff i am in the same boat, lol. I also have a tt01 but i’m looking to go a lil faster at 160+kmph. I have had the opportunity to drive a Friends xo1 and now I want a fast car lol. If you could provide me with a good jumping off point it would be much appreciated brother…
@@bernidampfff I know you mentioned in another video that your gearing was 45/56 and Motor is 4500kv. Do you mind providing me with the specific motor and major driveline components you are using? I think I have a better grasp on the suspension and steering then I do the driveline for sure lol.
@@geoffo8266 i think that something is Not right build together on your chassis. I run now 5s un 3674 Motor and no Problem at all ... Maybe Check the Chassis to build perfekt
@@bernidampfff I've been through it many times I have 2 tt01's and they both do this so last week I gave in and bought metal df02 gears that will fit with some modification

What speeds have you actually clocked with that set up and do you know the gear ratio for the gear box gears in the TT01 at all?
My Top Speed was 171 km/ h with this setup, but without a Video . and my finally gear tatio is 3,3

how do you not strip the differential gears

My diffs strip all the time and I can't use 50% breaks without the gears skipping and I only run 2s
