I’m going to make her finish a bachelors in software engineering first at WGU to show she’s serious before I drop 160k on a college. WGU is self paced and costs about $3600 each 6 month semester. Best deal money wise I’ve seen. These college prices are outrageous and something needs to change there. Appreciate your video.

Hello! I am a 22 year old student about to graduate from college in Computer Tecnology engineering. I know this is mostly unrelated but as many people down this comment section. I always wanted to make my very own games. I have made a couple of games one which I am really proud of and two others which were only school projects. I am thinking of taking a game design degree in depaul so that I can achieve this dream. But I also want to take other options that are related to game design like animation in case that doesn't work out. Do you have any recommendations on what I should take?
I had a bachelors in electronic engineering then did a masters in it management followed by a doctorate in computer science. I would recommend it management since that fits into a software/hardware career progression. One critical skill I see lacking is project management, which that degree has. I’m still on the fence on whether getting the doctorate was a good idea because it cost US$200,000 and I’m really not using it. I think eventually I will to teach but right now I’m working in the industry and have no desire to take a pay cut to teach. WGU is cost effective and has a lot of IT degrees at the masters level.

You really think that this is “the world”? It’s literally just the US and Canada. There are a lot of other incredible game dev/design universities that are much higher rated than some of these. Why not include them or just title the video differently?
look i know the US sounds like a great country but its probably the worst place to study if your not very wealthy. basically everything it overpriced here and only their really expensive schools would actually make it worth it studying there. if you can id highly recomend staying in europe where you can actually have human rights and afford living. ive lived in germany basically my entire life and unless your rich america is classified as a third world country. thats not a joke by the way european scientists have declared that unless your in the one percent america is equivilant to a third world country
