you might help more people if you incorporate different words and phrases with the same or similar meanings. mind over-rides matter or body or parts of body or thought becomes thing or will/ idea/ desire/ imagination (visualisation) can be manifested in physical reality because your physical reality is actually a virtual reality creadted and radiated from and by your own non-physical sub-conscious mind (or soul or self-identity or inner-self or inner-chi or inner-child or inner-god). you are talking about conviction which is faith and faith is belief without fear, doubt and worry or without any question - this can move physical mountains. this is how every new technology is created. remember the faith does not have to be any relegious. feeling is reality. you can always change/ shift your feeling by changing definition or meaning with certain breathing method, so feeling = thinking (meaning) + breathing. breathing (or spirit or oxygen or prana) works as power or electricity for computer where software operates (over-rides) hardware or it works as fuel/ accelaration in motor vehicle where streeing dictates the direction of the vehicle. so without spirit (breath) mind (or soul) can not move body (or mountain). to circulate longer life oxygen can keep pushing blood around every cell provided blood is clean (not thick sticky) and oxygen is enough inside lung. everything in your virtual bubble or reality is just the radiation or projection of your own inner-self or self-identity and you are playing or interacting with them. you are not attracting anything in from outside but you're radiating from inside out via your physical senses. everyone is one soul, even though it looks that there are billions of different people they all are one connected by and with the same spirit (breathing or oxygen). imprint your designed feeling or faith inside in order to re-imprint them outside and in order to feel good and be happy in your physical dream or realm.

I’m a First Nation Australian (Aboriginal) man. In 2021 I lost movement on my right side arm and leg plus my normal speech pattern from a stroke. The doctor told me that I wouldn’t able to do the things I used to do. The main take away I got from this video is learning celebre victories no matter how small. I don't give myself enough credit for them. you are talking about conviction which is faith and faith is belief without fear, doubt and worry or without any question - this can move physical mountains. this is how every new technology is created. remember the faith does not have to be any relegious.
feeling is reality. you can always change/ shift your feeling by changing definition or meaning with certain breathing method, so feeling = thinking (meaning) + breathing.
breathing (or spirit or oxygen or prana) works as power or electricity for computer where software operates (over-rides) hardware or it works as fuel/ accelaration in motor vehicle where streeing dictates the direction of the vehicle.
so without spirit (breath) mind (or soul) can not move body (or mountain). to circulate longer life oxygen can keep pushing blood around every cell provided blood is clean (not thick sticky) and oxygen is enough inside lung.
everything in your virtual bubble or reality is just the radiation or projection of your own inner-self or self-identity and you are playing or interacting with them. you are not attracting anything in from outside but you're radiating from inside out via your physical senses.
everyone is one soul, even though it looks that there are billions of different people they all are one connected by and with the same spirit (breathing or oxygen).

Fear is just ignorance, in which we all are guilty of, not knowing is fear. The more you learn about something the less you fear it, and begin to respect it. I have been on my spiritual journey for quite some time now and have listened to Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza and Abe Hicks and so many others for so long and literally 10 minutes into this video I’m already FEELING the shift in my conscious brain. 1. I realise now that I've been living very habitually and torturing myself for a long time and not actually growing as a person.
2. I realise now that there are things I can do to change the way I percieve my self and my life, and thus actually change myself and my life.
3. I realise that things will only change with me and not for me. So to make things on the outside change, I have to change things from the inside.
Thanks a lot for asking to write these things down as it made me stop and actually think about things. (Not that the video hadn't done that already, but you know what I mean). I think this video is excellent in quality and very informative. It could help a lot of struggling people.

I have a lot of take aways in this video and things get clearer with me. Thank you so much. Here are some of what I've learned from this video
1. Question everything, but never ever question your conviction
2. Whatever you are looking, you will always find.
3. Choose the thoughts you will entertain. Give more attention to your positive thoughts with feelings and conviction so it will stick to your SUBQ and be grateful
4. celebrate wins even if it small
5. Make a habit to always observe your breath every hour for at least a minute to have control.
Remembering to wake up every hour.
Letting go, allowing the thing I want to come or to flow to me organically, effortlessly, releasing tension.

Everyone explains their scenario based on their feelings, but rarely has someone been able to explain a feeling into an actionable concept, so that you can follow along! I think the fundamental breakdown in society is related to misunderstanding and inability to communicate. REALLY LOVE the style here and how he communicates and gains acceptance of understanding before moving forward, really helps!

I spent many years diving into behavioral psychology, hermetic knowledge and history, philosophy, and ancient history in my free time. "Happiness is a choice, joy is not". You summarized and explained so much very well from the understanding I have. The best of my understanding of levels, layers, and degrees of course.
The main take away I got from this video is learning celebre victories no matter how small. I don't give myself enough credit for them. I just got out of paying all my debt but I still see what I lack and you mentioning that snapped me out of that negative thought bubble. I'll probably rewatch this video but that's honestly my main takeaway that resonated with me, and it reminds me of how capable I am and can further evolve.
