      you might help more people if you incorporate different words and phrases with the same or similar meanings.
      mind over-rides matter or body or parts of body or
      thought becomes thing or
      will/ idea/ desire/ imagination (visualisation) can be manifested in physical reality
      because your physical reality is actually a virtual reality creadted and radiated from and by your own non-physical sub-conscious mind (or soul or self-identity or inner-self or inner-chi or inner-child or inner-god).
      you are talking about conviction which is faith and faith is belief without fear, doubt and worry or without any question - this can move physical mountains. this is how every new technology is created. remember the faith does not have to be any relegious.
      feeling is reality. you can always change/ shift your feeling by changing definition or meaning with certain breathing method, so feeling = thinking (meaning) + breathing.
      breathing (or spirit or oxygen or prana) works as power or electricity for computer where software operates (over-rides) hardware or it works as fuel/ accelaration in motor vehicle where streeing dictates the direction of the vehicle.
      so without spirit (breath) mind (or soul) can not move body (or mountain). to circulate longer life oxygen can keep pushing blood around every cell provided blood is clean (not thick sticky) and oxygen is enough inside lung.
      everything in your virtual bubble or reality is just the radiation or projection of your own inner-self or self-identity and you are playing or interacting with them. you are not attracting anything in from outside but you're radiating from inside out via your physical senses.
      everyone is one soul, even though it looks that there are billions of different people they all are one connected by and with the same spirit (breathing or oxygen).
      imprint your designed feeling or faith inside in order to re-imprint them outside and in order to feel good and be happy in your physical dream or realm.

      @Aviral Singh Ok there is “God” name Atum/Amun/Amen who is known as hidden one and associated with air as he is everywhere. Hence dark “matter/energy” in the universe. That’s why in bible God said let there be light. Which insinuates he was in darkness the whole time. Atum gave birth to Sun/Son Ra ….and of course Sun/Son gave birth to all things. Hence why Jesus is Gods son and why we pray and say Amen at the end (Jesus teachings he never did)
      Now water and underwater passage ways
      Are under the Great Pyramid. Some speculate that there is a “Spaceship” under there and once man understands keys to life …astral projection, remote viewing, etc he would be able to access and operate…. In the crypto world we say don’t trust verify ….study the people your great philosopher studied. Now I’m no scholar but this is pretty much the jist

    1 - we don't ditch our old identity we encapsulate it. 2 - must learn to be able to consciously interrupt the stimulus-response pattern 3 - accept the incoming thought (not react to it) / choose the outgoing thought that one wants to entertain + choose the feeling + look consciously for confirmation.       Go a step further and tell the negative thoughts to go away, banish them. And accept the positive thoughts. After a while you will only have neutral or positive thoughts, and you will catch negative thoughts real fast if any arise

    I’m so happy to see the younger generation carrying the torch of the Wayne Dyers or Neville Goddard or Earl Nightindale that came before him. I’ve been in my journey for 61 yrs and this is a beautiful synapse of a lot of the gurus . I’ve forwarded this onto my kids who aren’t kids anymore but finding their own path .     I'm 25 mins into this video and I felt like sharing what came to my mind... It's true how fast people tend to complain and to blurt negativity... but when a person takes time to comment something positive... That is a wonderful moment. Embrace the fact they felt good, embrace how it makes you feel. Focus on this.
    It takes us almost no effort to focus more on negativity because we are in survival mode. And our emotional defense walls are raised.     Quazi, I've been making videos around this area for 16 months now, I completely UNDERSTAND what you talking about, but that part where you said, our old identity ,or personality doesn't get to die is a show stopper for me. Thank you! I guess what we do with it is at least, use it for empathy, use it to identify when someone else is there and realise how we transcended it so we can be of help. The idea of waking up every hour is also gorgeous. And finally, about the thought+feeling with the insecurity thingy, dang, I deal with that ALWAYS and I always tell me, "If you don't buy it with your feeling, it's powerless."     1 - Calm yourself and your brain by conscious and attentive breathing, so to accept reality.
    2- Don't be fearful of losing your identity, instead use your identity as the foundation to build upon.
    3- Actively look for and hold tight to the outside confirmations of you being who and what you wish to be in order to alter your subconscious interpretation of reality.
    Thank you for giving exercises on how to achieve these things. They are all clearly easier said than done. In my journey of self discovery and chasing my own goals I have run into many roadblocks and never found a clear practice on how to push past consistently. I am eager to put these things to use and think they will be of big help!

      I was not familiair with religion but to escape the social credit system they are planning , I prefer to identify with moral leadership from the bright minds from the past. Not programmed moral tyrannical sociaal credit ,but spiritual morality should inspire me for the better I watched Yordan Peterson explaining bible issues. This idea came up. It made me feel more grounded and at ease And it is not that I believe in a god. It is more that I notice that this addiction to the screen makes me depressed. It started with the corona , smal window of opportunity reset ,Claus Swaap I learned a lot but this attention to this negative energie has to stop. Thank you for the video. I’m going to try the rules. The tv is out of the bedroom😊

    1. Question everything, but never ever question your conviction
    2. Whatever you are looking, you will always find.
    3. Choose the thoughts you will entertain. Give more attention to your positive thoughts with feelings and conviction so it will stick to your SUBQ and be grateful

    a. Accept ur old identity corresponding to ur new one. Learn from it.
    b. Always look for the positives. If u have a negative thought, be neutral about it. Don't attach feelings or else u'll fall in the same loop hole.
    c. Thought + feeling + confirmation = belief. So look for the positives and no matter how small the win is, it's a win. These small things we overlook then add up and lead to bigger things later in life.

    I have one take away from what you have showed us thus far is, if I practice these things I’m less likely to obsess uncontrollably. Because I have the tendency to worry about so many things. I always took it as “it’s hereditary, my Mom and Dad were both worry-warts.” Instead of controlling my own mind with how and what I can do with these feelings. You build on the lessons of your journey as you go through the levels and by mixing them become really higher level 3. Identifying your triggers and learning to let go instead of being in a force level will pull everything you want to you all by itself

    Surrender. I learnt it the hard way, when I lost my health. I am not in control anymore, I must calmly accept what happens, 100% of the time. It never goes my way. If only I knew how to do it in my healthy years!! I was reactive, broken, depressed, never satisfied, always lacking something, but I didn't know what. Now I am perfectly happy while the pain is in my body. I choose an appropriate response. It is unpleasant but I don't create emotions on that, no anger, no complaint. It is what it is. It will go away. My advice is to learn this, before it's too late!! 😀

      Sounds like you're on your way to enlightenment. It's basically part of Buddha's teaching. Suffering comes from the mind. It's about how you respond to your thoughts. Just being aware and staying neutral in emotion has a dramatic effect on the level of your suffering. Negative reaction leads to feeling trapped, and feeling anxious that it feels like forever. But everything changes, things come and go. Staying neutral and being aware of things as they come and go reduces suffering. Resistance leads to more suffering.

      You are missing the whole point of the video. The point is to change your reality to what you want. So change your sickness to health. If you were healthy, you would have nothing to change in that area, so this video would be worthless to you. But, since you are not healthy and want to be, this video can help you change to a healthy you.

    My mother in-law been like this gor years she always says dont let the things you cannot change effect u her grandparents found peace she always surrounded by peace its crazy and it fallows her she always has amazing things come into her life its crazy how she channeled that energy she was rasied with calm so she knows calm at its finest I've seen her get denied on things dosent get upset then the ppl will call her back and say ya know what we do have some they just came in do u want me to hold it its crazy how many times she encountered this plus when your around her shes just a peaceful person to be around and you feel calm around her
