This helped me alot to relieve my lower back tension and just the way you explain every step is excellent! I'll have to do these more often, as I have a degenerative disc in the L5, S1 joint that often gives me discomfort. I just want to thank you for sharing your videos for back pain, I've started to put an effort to do them more regularly as I feel that I'm not straining my back and I do feel some relief after the exercises. A big thank you hug.❤
