Finally an old school exhaust with glass packs. Love it.
I have a 79 with 2.5 inch goes true dual hooker headers then out to glass packs and it to a 3 inch tip.. sounds awesome too.
I like that he kept the manifolds and 2 inch pipes
Chevys never die ! 😎💪🏽
The new ones do and dodge its about FORD
@@davidmartin5591 nah. Fuck Ford. I'll take a dodge with a Cummins over a new ford or chevy any day
@@frostybud6217 I’ll take a 350 sbc over any diesel
I swear glasspacks only sound good on pre 90s engines
Cats take a bunch of the noise away plus the glass packing doesn’t help
Carbs are king
Flat tappet cams give it the vintage sound
@@ThebumpinthenightYes but the fiberglass usually compresses and/or blows out over time. After a while, I think they can sound great
Facts!
What a beautiful machine. My dad has a 72 c-10. It's unfortunately rusting away dying a slow death sitting on a storage lot. Driving that thing through a neighborhood though, the sound from those old old glasspacks really bounces off the houses. Lots of fun
I love this guy’s enthusiasm.
C10...glasspacks...true duals...no crossover...
☀️ The holy grail. ☀️
My dad had a orange 72 C10 long bed for 20 years. i had it for 5 years, got a few videos of it on my channel. this will always be my favorite body style of any truck ever made. absolutely love it!
964,000 Miles. Pardon my French but merde sacrée
Nobody impressed with this near million mile 350? Mine just hit 300k and I'm still excited lmaoo
Hell yeah I got 270 on mine and I’m happy about it too
If you take care of things they last
Sweet truck and the owner knew who to see to get the exhaust finished. My first truck was a ‘65 Chevy shortbed with a little 283, old school shorty glass packs and 3 on the tree. Damn I wish I had that truck back now… I’d give a left nut to have one of those solid ol Chevys again, but most are rotting away in junkyards, and the owners of any good ones won’t give em up. And I don’t blame em.
That man has taken great care of that truck
Amazing he's had it that long but has kept it 3 on the tree.
Straight pipe true duel all the way with cherry booms.
LOVE THOSE CHEVYS😍
You guys do good work the bends are perfect
Have an 1986 montecarlo ss with a 350 gonna do block bigger headers and duel exhaust back trying to get an idea how the muffler set up
Cool truck
Great Sound.
My dad had a 81 same blue but it was the two tone with silver had 454 with the same exhaust and it sounded amazing
Now that’s the best sounding exhaust you put on your show👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻so far
What size cherry booms were they?
Sound so nice and Crazy that many miles lol
Hey y'all are on Dickerson road right now much would y'all charge to glass pack my 81 Sierra classic c10
i got a 71 c10 long bed 2wd thats orange... i wish mine was that nice and ran
That Titan at 3:08 wtffff lmfaoooo
Frrrrr
Shabazz's ghetto wagon!
@@BobSmith-mc7uq Lmao
@Dennis Burger 🤣🤣🤣
Lol I kinda fucks with it
Didn't look like the front of the glasspacks were even clamped or welded
Question I got a 71 chevy k20 4x4 dual exhaust with a 350 crate motor and how can I put the trucker exhaust to the sides but smaller
Now this is a truck.... omg
my 1966 chevy long bed stepside truck has 850,000 something and still running like a champ, lol. just a little rusty.
Beautiful truck I had a 67 c10
How long are those glass packs??
Got a 98z71 3 door ext cab 350 I need straight piped need it loud as possible
Now were talkin!
Best one yet!
Nice
Beautiful
Hey where are you guys I might want to take my 78 Chevy there
🇺🇸 💪
I own a 1969 Impala 350 with glasspacks. Makes a lovely sound here in London, England. Turns a lot of heads. I much prefer the sound to the cars I hear with those magnaflows, etc.
I’m in love
That sounds good
ngl thats kinda weird the rear reverse lights didnt work on my dads in 2012
Beautiful truck with a 3 on the tree!! Put some headers on her 3” duals into 4 or 5” tips....be interesting to see how the old girl talks then 😎😁😉
what’s something that could make my ram 15001 4.7L v8 loud without taking the muffler off?
get aftermarket mufflers like flow masters or take the resinators off
For a one-time use, you could load it full of dynamite and light it off. Just a thought.
Webb thanks
Luke Edward lol
Running catless true duals on my 4.7 dakota. Stupid loud.
How loud are these? Do they drone out the cab when on the highway?
I have a 72 k10 with a sbc and it does not drone whatsoever on the highway. I have them dumped towards the ground before the rear axle w/ cherry bombs. I also run dougs longtube headers on it
Is that stock manifolds? No cats? Makes me wanna get glass packs on my dakota.
These pickups were pre-emissions
Awesome
Is it the original motor?
Where are yall located
So this has that pop sounds like misfire?
How can you have a truck like that and wear a mask while you're outside in Tennessee? 🤣 all joking aside that's a beautiful truck. My dad had a 77 with a built motor that was the same color.
shut up talking about masks nobody gives af
Sounds like a chopper
Please buy a mic and a quality camera to improve your sound quality for these videos!
Needs headers
It looks nice, but I wish the guy can keep the camera still. It's all over the place.
Bigger pipes are better just a low rumble and not all that popping like you hear with those skinny pipes seems like everybody's scared to really make their exaust talk give about 4,000 rpms let us know how they really sound!!!
Don’t need more than 2.5 on a mild engine 3 inch pipe for 400hp+
A manual trans add another dimension to the sound... no automatic sounds as good as a manual... be it gas or diesel. Real trucks have manuals.
72 front bumper ... Fact
