Hi there 👋… here’s the recipe breakdown, hope you enjoy!
Ingredients: (makes approximately 75
1.5kgs beef mince
500g lamb mince
100ml water
6 cloves garlic chopped
40ml mineral water
2 1/2 heaped teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons soda bicarbonate
