Daisy wasn't present with Diesel, Boco and Mavis because she doesn't appear in series 3 but she does appear in the same place in series 4 in episode "Rusty to the Rescue" and also another episode called "Bulls Eyes".

4:08 Robert Gauld the art director uses large drawing paper, to draw a picture of the morning sky with a light blue colored pencil, pink and white clouds with paint and covers it up on the backstage, to let the audience know that it is morning time
5:10 Thomas has Edward's whistle sound, and the art director made a silly mistake by adding on Edward's whistle on the toy model of Thomas while preparing for the show

Maybe Edward was talking to Trevor while he was waiting for a new whistle. Also notice Angelus's narration switches quality throughout this episode. I guess the microphone was changed halfway through recording.
4:32 Henry's eyes are wonky, and David Mitton fiddled around with the train model remote control, and got so nervous that Oliver and Toad could of been scrapped and broken up

At 3:44 there are two unlisted Goofs one is in the narrators words he says “Right, away Guard.” When what he should have said is “Right away Guard” with no pause. The other unlisted Goof is some sleeper, under the piece of track Douglas goes over, are missing (at the bottom right of the screen)

He said “Right” as either in first person or him talking to Oliver’s driver. “Away Guard” is him talking to the guard.
When Douglas went to the scrap yard and saved Oliver there diesels keep on changing positions.
3:51 David Mitton turns on the train model power on backwards for Douglas to pull Oliver and Toad out of the scrapyard and welcome Oliver and Toad on Sodor
2:00 The art director uses extra spare drawing paper to draw a picture of the night sky with black and dark blue paint, and covers up the backstage to let the audience know it is nighttime

I used to watch this show wen I was younger and didn't know till now.
1:12 A small hair can be seen off Edward's eye, and the art director dropped the face mask that fell into the dusty floor that had alot of hair dust, and he put the face mask back on Edward while the show was going to start
4:15 It was daylight when their journey ended, and David Mitton turns off the train model power to stop the trains such as Douglas, Oliver and Toad
3:13 This piece of railroad track is crooked, and the train model layout table was overheated by the toy models of the steam engines with make believe fire, water and coal
At the beginning of the episode, Edward's whistle is severely crooked.
When Edward confronts Douglas, a small hair can be seen above Edward's left eye (viewer perspective).
Wires can be seen behind Douglas' wheels while talking to Edward.
Throughout the episode, Douglas has Donald's whistle sound, and Thomas and Edward have the same one.
When Douglas reverses into the sheds, Henry's eyes are misaligned.
When Oliver introduces himself, the word "SCRAP" is already painted on the side of his water tanks, even before Douglas tells the drivers and firemen to do so.
When Douglas' point-of-view is shown of him backing away from his trucks before he finds Oliver, the track in front of him is crooked.
For most of the episode, Douglas' nameplates are loose.
George Carlin gives Douglas' driver a Scottish accent when he speaks to the foreman, but he looses it when they all arrive at the Works. This is not a problem in the UK version of the episode, however, as his driver never changes his accent.
Douglas has a black dot on his right cheek when he says "That was a near thing."
When the narrator says that all the engines whistled and cheered after they heard the good news, Thomas has Edward's whistle sound.
Duck's face is crooked when he puffs by Oliver with the express coaches.
In the scene where the engines are in the sheds, black glue is wrapped around James' funnel

This episode is based on the stories "Escape" and "Little Western". The difference is that Trevor and Edward were absent in the original version, so it is unknown whether Douglas also learned their story in the original.

You have to look very closely if you can’t see it

For ur information when a locomotive is sent for scrap they used write 2-3 or more letters that say scrap to let them know which engine to cut up

In the scene when Douglas speaks up and tells the fat controller about Oliver, his nameplate is crooked.

4:37 James has glue all around this funnel, and the art director put too much glue to add on the face mask on James

I like that Donnie (Douglas’ nickname for Donald) and Dougie’s (Donald nickname for Douglas) drivers are Scottish and have Scottish accents like their engines. You can hear Douglas’ driver speaking with a Scottish accent in Love Me Tender.

Not wrap on James funnel, its actually glue. The models were very fragile and James fell off the set, and his funnel had to be glued back on.

The scene at 2:09-2:40 used to scare me as a child. I imagine it was something to do with the music and the lighting on Oliver's face, it just sounded and looked scary.

Some of the diesels looks like Mavis and Boco two of the nice diesels

Here's a sin you missed but GWR Studios found. Edward and Percy's trains should've had brake vans. You know where Percy pulls cattle trucks and Edward yanks four coal hoppers?
A goof at 2:30 the narrator says we've run out of coal and have no more steam but toad is a brake van. Also in some scenes the diesel's keep changing places. Also at 5:33 Oliver doesen't have Toad at the back of his train.

uh you missed a goof behind a house where sir tophom hat is and brakedown train is there is web or wire behind that you missed
0:58 Percy is pulling the cattle cars and the brakevan is missing, and the young child took the toy model brakevan from the Thomas and Friends show to take it home to play with it
5:00 Douglas has red splotches on his buffer
1:16 The hair is also under Edward's face and the art director didn't realize that the hair is stuck in the glue inside Edward's face mask
