The house hit the tree

When Duck arrives at Wellsworth, his whistle valves are missing.
In Ringo Starr's US narration, after Duck complains to Edward that Diesel has made the other engines think that he is horrid, the audio from the UK version can be heard faintly in the background.
The brake van at the back Edward's train does not have a face at first, but it is shown to have one when the trucks race through the level crossing. The face disappears when the trucks run through the station.
As the trucks race through the level crossing, a string can be seen pulling them.
Due to portions of the script being taken word for word from the original book, both of Ringo Starr's narrations state that Duck shut his eyes when he was diverted into the siding, yet his eyes are wide open.
When the barber says, "No, I won't!" to Duck, he frowns, but when he says, "I'll teach you!" both he and his customers are smiling. Likewise, Duck appears to be smiling while being lathered.
When Thomas arrives to help with the cleanup, a second track appears next to the siding.
In the close-up shots of Duck when he is being pulled out of the barbershop, studio equipment can be seen in the upper right hand corner.
The barber only washes half of the lathering off of Duck's face, but after Duck is pulled out, his face appears to be fully lathered again.
In the final scene, Duck's handrails are gold instead of silver.
Am glad there’s more goof vids cause gwr use to do it and stop doing videos for 2 years i don’t know what happen to him but thanks for replacing him in a good way
Duck was derailed when Thomas pulled him out, but now he’s on the tracks again
Is no one gonna talk about how the brake van gained a face after it passed the level crossing with Duck and Edward and then loses it when the trucks catch up to Duck?
At 1:27 the break van does not have a face. At 2:04 it has a face. At 2:36 it does not have a face again.

Ducks eyebrows was just a lighting issue I imagine they drew it on with sharpie as that turns that same color when it’s reflecting light

Me: As if a tree would now shake from a giant metal monster hitting a barber shop at high speeds.
I dont think the tree was a goof. It was probably just a chain reaction of the dust and smoke coming from duck and the building, which makes sense. I don't count that as a goof
but the guy saying "Stop the train" at about the same time, is a goof.

@@roaenokesyzlak7828 He put it in the episode as a joke. It was actually heard on one of the Vhs' that had thomas and the trucks on it. Go watch the episode on gwr studios channel on goofs on thomas and the trucks, and then go watch a close shave on thomas hd classics channel.

1:20 I guess the Art Director on Thomas and Friends was in a rush to start the Thomas and Friends show, while they drew Duck's eyebrow differently
I like to think the shaking tree was an extra detail to show how much speed he carried and wind instead of it being a goof

The model train episodes were better. Who agrees? I also wonder if Duck shut his eyes when he hit the barber shop (which we don't see) but was for storytelling.
3:16 nobody notices how duck is using Thomas's close up face. It's especially noticeable around the nose, which is Thomas's rounded nose and not duck's pointier nose

I wanna tell you that in Pop Goes the Diesel, there's a goof you missed, at 4:28 the narrator says "Diesel recovered and tried to push the trucks back" BUT in that scene, the Breakdown Crane is behind him instead of the trucks. I couldn't comment it on that video because the comments are turned off for that video
you missed one goofed the break van/caboose had a troublesome truck face on it as they were chasing duck

How could it take Edward and Duck 'all afternoon' to move one train of trucks up the hill? This episode is badly adapted from the Railway Series version, where more time had passed between the events of Dirty Work and A Close Shave.

I think that Duck sounded much sadder when he mentions Diesel's lies in Ringo Starr's US narration than in the original UK narration. Did Ringo think that how he narrated that line before was not good enough and decided to improve for the American audience?
