Love the back and forth and refreshing hearing a couple of older watch heads. These guys are not TH-cam watch reviewers or grey market dealers who only care about watches with big price tags. Just a couple of watch enthusiasts.
Nce vido with the interaction. I had a Tudor bb41 heritage and when I purchased a bb reverse panda I sold my burgundy dial but kept the strap for my chrono and love it on that worn strap.
A lot of people that likes cars likes watches and this guy said exactly what I love about both, I love mechanical things, several moving parts working in unison is just so satisfying, I landed on this video because I got my first Panerai (PAM00915) and man o man I love it so much, I have several Rolexes and Cartier but I was getting a bit bored, Panerai is so different and refreshing.
So cool, love the watches, someday I’ll have Cartiers, Casio Oceanus’s, Tudor’s. But for now it’s Casio, and Citizen’s mostly. Some Microbrands/Chinese homages, Tissot, ect.
Just a note on the BBPro for anyone on the fence about the thickness, its actually slightly thinner than the BB GMT, it's just that the lugs are shorter which makes it look like it sits taller on the wrist. Ive got a 6 3/4 inch wrist and it wears fine with the T fit bracelet. If your friend had it on a nato or the rubber then that may be where he had a problem. I LOVE the look of the opaline dial GMT but the lug to lug is too large for me.
Hey man, really cool video and very interesting discussion!! I have a question, is possible to know the brand of the strap on the vintage submariner? 2:57 That would be very appreciated! Keep it up man
Nothing cheap about this dudes collection, if you had just those watches he showed that is a prime collection. I wear a PAM176 on the daily so I appreciate his taste.
I really like the style of the video and the causal watch talk. I just wish you guys check up a few things before wrongly inform about things. That kinda ruins the whole video.
@@dave9105xcxcx He says the Black Bay Pro is thicker than the Black Bay 41 GMT “Pepsi” (They have the same thickness). Claims it to be 15.8mm😂. Extra embarrassing that he says; “If the Pro have had the same thickness as the Pepsi, I’d still keep it” - and they are…. So go figure… 🥳
If one can't afford a Rolex, please don't fall for their second-class copycat, Tudor. Go for an original brand. Any of them. Tudor is a cheap cover band.
In terms of a finding a birth year 1976 Cartier, yes I think that would be obscure. And also, I think a lot of 70’s Cartier would be rather small by today’s standard. But…I love Cartier

Thanks! That means a lot!
Steve seems like a really great guy and easy to talk about watches with. Thank you both, Salute!
Could listen to these knowledgeable watch guys all day , cheers enjoyed this a lot.
Really enjoyed the conversation. Two guys who love and appreciate watches. Simple as that. Thanks.
Much appreciated!
Hot tip - Tissot Chrono xl 61% off Amazon. $155. Normally $400 at chain stores. I ordered one.
That Panerai is amazing!
Great listening to the chit chat guys and some really good banter around your choice of very nice pieces. Keep it coming.
Thank you for this video. It was a perfect white wine and a good evening companion.
Awesome collection. The No Time to Die looks great on leather. Keep up the good work

I've effective had the Omega NTTD on my wrist for 3 years straight. Love it.
Great chat guys and that Sub and Panerai are amazing!
Great conversation. Enjoyed it very much!

Beauty and mechanics and precision of engineering is worth keeping alive thru generations

That "Pepsi" Tudor really caught my eye! I've never really liked any Tudor until now. Great Conversation, Thanks Randy! 👍

Panerai are the best looking. Not fussy or too showy. Clean and easy to see.

When it comes to fine imitation watches, amzwatch delivers. I've bought from them several times, and I've never been let down.
If you don't mind me asking, what is the brand of strap you've used for the NTTD? Thx
02 straps, around $119 or so
Panerai is my favourite !!
So much for the Cheap watch theme
Where can I get that green strap on the Panerai?!?
Loved the video!
What watch do you suggest from 77
77…Speedmaster, Sub, I think that’s snowflake hand Tudor…Heuer has lots of cool 70’s as does Zenith
Tudor Black Bay Pro is the same thickness as the other GMTs, at 14.6 mm, but the case is 39mm instead of 41mm.
Can you do a video on oceaneva?
Just sold a bunch of the HiFi sitting in my basement to get my first Speedmaster. The old HiFi addition is feeding the new watch addiction 😂
What’s green strap source on the 65 Rolex
O2 Straps: I think around $99 or so
BB pro 14'7mm thick
way too thick
The BBPro and the GMT is the same thickness. I have them both 😊

My dady bought one #mamacoo and he loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when he went out with it.

What were the mistakes?

the ‘Fiddy’ is just the “1950” dial 1950s case.
nothing to do with the rapper.
That Tudor GMT is amazing 🤩 apart from the lack of T-Fit clasp. I sold mine because of the dodgy fit
Thats bb58 right?
both of the tudors are the larger 40+ variants.
Not so cheap watch man….
Panerai all the way
Bicentennial babies ftw!

Cartier.....obscure?

Panerai is way overrated
1st
Panerai is a total snooze-fest.
If you are thinking about steinhart be prepared to buy a second one right after the first one arrives!
I’ve had a few. All of them are still working
Mine still keeps good time after 6 years of near daily use.
