I remember when I was younger(in the mid 1980's) I worked at a dealership where we fixed up & sold salvaged/rebuilt cars, we had this Chevy Caprice that was used on a farm to bring the calves from one barn to another. We had to clean the interior... We thought the color of the interior was brown/tan but after we cleaned it up it was actually a grey color🤢🤮 I tried different cleaners & found Spray Nine to work the best🏆👍 Cleaners sure have come a long way since then but I noticed you were using Spray Nine & it brought me back🤔💭 Great job guys👍👍

Hey man I used your process from the Meguiars fiber rinse and tannin stain remover video and it saved me time and stress on a customers vehicle, I was able to avoid extracting some really dirty tan cloth seats! Thanks for the heads up 👍

Hi Phil/Jess, if I had a hat I would most certainly 'doff it' in your honour for accepting such a challenge. What on Gods Green Earth was the 'slightly soiled' item at 4min/58seconds & what is substance on it? perhaps this was the prototype Honda were experimenting with where the engine oil filter being accessible from the centre console ? truly you guys deserve your body weight in gold for accepting a challenge to double the value of it with some good old fashioned t.l.c., I salute you both !!

      Thanks man.
So we have tried that before on those seats and it’s NOT good! Maybe in some cases, so many different variables to consider. In this case it would have oversaturated the seats and it would wick and draw up stains even more so. Tried it already…learned the hard way…learned years ago that cleaning the surface of this type of seat fabric is the best practice. 😎👍🏼

Wow, great job Phil & Jess! I think those are the most rewarding and yet most frustrating vehicles to detail. It's rewarding, because you can truly make a HUGE difference with your work - as y'all did here. But it's also frustrating, because I want to get out all the stains, etc, and that simply isn't going to happen on a vehicle like this. Anyway, great work, as usual, and thanks for sharing your products and methods - very helpful!

Fantastic work you two! Hey I know you guys work safely but maybe it’s worth pointing out to viewers the fact of using a mask when doing work on the interior. God only knows what crap is on the dirt all over the inside and that goes to your lungs. Having worked long in the detailing industry, it still surprises me to see people not using gloves/masks when working on vehicles.

hi sir, may i ask why you wouldnt extract the whole car when it's in such rough shape. I understand your time saved by using the foam spray cleaner instead of the extractor process because i myself use foam cleaner for cars that have little to no stains or that may just be a maintained client

Totally man! My parents are from the Azores, the Portuguese is slightly different from Brazilian. I remember they used to try to talk to some Brazilian speaking people before and they said it was actually kind of difficult to understand them. 😁. Languages are interesting

@@MirandaDetailing 😄😄yes, same thing happened to me in Spanish many times whenever I have traveled to Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Spain. In English happened the same whenever I have been in different states, Canada, Bahamas, Jamaica and UK.

Hondas, Hondas, Hondas truly one of the top worst cars on the market today. Everything about them is bad...economics are the worst, sharp edges, bad corners and inlays, bad carpet and plastics and buttons, air vents fall apart when touched, and horrible paint! Hate them!

Nice turn around. Its not for me. Too gross. That's so unfortunate to let a car go that bad. Question: I see you were using The Work Stuff brushes. I've looked at them, but confused about what color bristles you use doing what task. They are expensive and don't want to buy every color and size right away. Can you shed some light? Hope all is going well your way. Hi wife.

Hi. Thanks! I know right! It was nasty!
So with the works stuff brushes the white and orange bristles are the same just different colors. The natural bristles are softer and nice also. The black are perfect for wheels.
I would go with either the orange or white, (color choice is yours) they are great for interiors and even though sterile seams and emblems. And the black ones for wheels. Those two should be all you need…for now. 😎👍🏼
