My own Original Candle, a tote with with pictures of coffee, candy, leaves. Basically fall stuff. I make alot of pillows. So making a collage of different color leaves on a pillow would be cute.

I'm literally sewing scrunchies from my fabric scraps while watching this, and you've shown me a new way to finish the "tubes"! Thank you so much for all your lovely content, Alisa. Even when you make stuff that I will probably never make, I just enjoy listening to your friendly voice and your kind approach. With love from a wintery Cape Town!

Alisa, your projects are all so inspiring! I have just finished 3 quilts, one for my niece and two for my grandchildren. After watching you make those beautiful pillow covers, thought it would be a great idea for storing the quilts when they are not in use. I am using leftover fabric and design material to create pillowcases for the quilts. They will know exactly what is in the pillowcase and with the design on it, they can use it as a decorator pillow for their bed.
You really are amazing you know!!!

Hello Alisa 😊 these projects are wonderful. I love the cozy warm vibes of fall time. This video reminded me of a project my mother used to with with me and my sisters. We used to collect the prettiest leaves and then we’d put them between wax paper and iron it and then hang them in the windows. I have not tried leaves on fabric. It’s a beautiful effect.

I love watching you make such adorable pieces. I just watched you with infinity scarves and it gave me a super idea! A security infinity scarf. Just like your infinity scarf, a secure infinity has a zipper sewn into the scarf, in a hidden fashion, so, if your traveling, you can put cash, credit cards, ID, and passports inside. There little chance someone would steal your scarf!!!

You’ve inspired me to make some tea towels with leaves on it. I have some white linen that’s too see thru for a garment. I’ll dye it a rusty colour and put on the leaves I have been up cycling a wool jacket. I turned it into a fold over backpack/purse and I’m almost done. I have a bit of wool leftover so I ordered the espadrilles kit so I’ll have matching shoes. Can’t wait.

These are all really cute ideas. I would love to try the ice dying but to order I think would cost a fortune to here. But I can dye, that we have. Looking at those cute pumpkins reminded me of my Birthday cakes that my mom made when I was a kid. My Birthday is in October, the perfect month for pumpkins. She always made a cake that looked like a pumpkin for me. She would make and Angle Food Cake, And then frost it with this 3 min frosting she made, and color it orange then she would take a banana and frost it green for the stem and put it in the hole of the cake, and it kind of looked like a pumpkin when she she was finished. I'm sure that there are recipes online for this 3 min frosting, it was just beaten egg whites with sugar and than stir in the food color, and set a small bit to the side to frost the banana green.
