Love the little gift ideas. I'm a little gift giver and love being creative with presentation. I would put some Hershey kisses in the zip pouches for a little extra treat.
I (we) love your tutorials!!! I've been watching quilting tutorials for a few years now, and I don't know how I didn't find yours sooner. It's been less then a year that I first found yours. My daughter is 26 (with down syndrome) and every night when it's time for bed, she says, "Quiet Nikki!" (That's actually her cute, humorous way of telling me to put a Nikki (Pin Cut Sew) tutorial on). 😊❤
Thanks for the reminder that I told myself I’d make all my gifts this year 😅 coasters are also a good one, I’ve used small orphan quilt blocks for those or hot pads and they’re pretty quick and useful gifts
"And lastly, i think....nope, that's all". 😂 That's like reaching into the chip bag but you ate the last one already. Love these ideas. Thanks for the ideas.
Great ideas for 'little somethings'. I absolutely loved seeing all the photos of your examples and the snippet of you and your daughter was soooo cute. I must go and watch that video 😂 All your ideas for ways of using and/ or gifting some of these little items are great too - thanks for sharing. I enjoy your presentation. Your daughter does a brilliant job of the editing👌😍
I'm trying to be really brave and tell myself that, yes, I can make a gazillion of those adorable triangle bags if I do the batch method. I'm a deaf ed teacher, and I like to give my business card to the parents and teachers I work with. If I make those bags and put my card inside, I think that they will be an adorable reminder that I'm there for them..
Love all these! You can personalize them for the person if you want and they don't seem difficult! And yes, the ornament exchanges always seem to happen when all the broken or strange-looking ornaments are left at the store! 😂
Lots of great ideas, as usual Nikki! Since my dtr and her friends are at the age to start driving -- lately I've been making fabric/quilted lanyards and matching key chains in their favorite colors. I've also made triangle pouches and itty bitty boxy pouches with swivel hooks so that they can attach to purses, backpacks etc.
My adorable 3-year-old granddaughter feels it is her job to pull out any and all bookmarks and hand them to me. However, I do think the bird ornament might be just my style.
Thanks for these great gift idea suggestions!! We have been doing Christmas in July crafting so we were sooo excited to see your video!! trying to keep that holiday chaos at a minimum this year.
What fab ideas 😊 I always want to sew little gifts for Christmas....but never get time as I leave it too late!! I do have ideas for making something book related for my soon to be 9 year old book worm, and I like the idea of making one of your book sleeves...which I need to go find th pattern!! I will let you know how it goes!!xx
Great gift ideas. I enjoy your videos. I recently purchased the Ruby Rag Doll pattern and would like to know if I can use Pellon Shape Flex 101 interfacing rather than Easy Knit.
I would love to find some bowling fabric and make the small triangle pouches for my bowling league ladies. Everyone collects quarters for the poker hand each game. This would be great!! 😊 Thanks Nikki 🎳⭐️
I love to personalize a dish towel with machine embroidery and tie it around a “fancy” dish soap or hand soap. I also will embroider on wash clothes and pair with a bar of soap.
I like these, and will be back. I'm hoping that putting a card, or a few cards in a small credit card pouch and a ribbon outside would be enough. And put a gift tag outside would be good. Okay, what about a tag that can be clipped to towels, so a visitor, kin, can safely use their own towels. I had a dear fil who had trouble identifying his towel, but he always used somebody's,ha!
Did you turn your sewing desk around? Your angle looks different from your other videos. I LOVE these little gift ideas. I was thinking just the other day that I should get busy making a few things for Christmas.
I made a video last week with tips for it, but if you need a whole walkthrough, the grandparent doll is very similar to the elf and I filmed a walkthrough for that one: th-cam.com/video/MXSX5p8Zwok/w-d-xo.htmlsi=x0hDHLYL7xqv1-UQ
Really useful ideas and especially helpful to have your suggestions for making the gift seem natural and not requiring a gift in return. I would love to make the round tags with dogs and the tartan skirt but I can't find a pattern on your website. Do you have one?
Somehow it does seem to fit every cup 😆. I used a coffee shop’s actual sleeve size as a starting point. They fit all the coffee shop cups except the giant Starbucks trenta.
I AM NOT BEING SNARKY ! I have a real question ... If someone (like myself ) wanted LITERALLY ALL of what is in this video (because they are ALL awesome and so practical), do you have a "bulk" purchase ... well ... sorta' ... 'deal'? I truly want them all but it's a bit over my budget once I added it all up. Love your things and your awesome attitude ... you are so pleasant. Thank you !
Haha! I understand. Some of these projects, you don’t need the pattern - the tissue pouch and the triangle pouches, you can make with the videos alone because they include the measurements in the videos and/or descriptions. You do need a pattern piece for the coffee sleeves and jar cozies, so maybe start with those patterns. I do run sales often, so go join my email list to make sure you know about them: www.pincutsewstudio.com/subscribe Currently, you can use the code JULY to get 15% off the holiday category in my shop! I hope that helps! 🤗

That's a compliment!
I love these ideas. Everyone loves to receive a gift because it means you thought of them, no matter how small the gift may be.
Your daughter is adorable, she has a fun spirit. Like these ideas
You always have the CUTEST stuff. ❤ thank you.
You explained" just a little something " perfectly!..thanks !

Love your ideas and picked up a couple of your patterns on Etsy! Thank you for sharing yourself and your ideas!
Love it. Last year, I got the coffee cozy, mason jar cozy and the Casserole hotpad. They made excellent Christmas gifts❤
I am watching this on November 15 but at least I might have time to get some done and maybe start earlier next year! Thanks

Love the DnD dice bag idea!
I had made the mason jar cozy for my co- workers last year! Everyone loved them ❤ maybe I will make the pouches this year!
Great ideas! You make the cutest videos!
I love these little gift ideas.
Really enjoyed this video. Great little gift ideas
Thanks. I am going to watch some of those tutorials.

That’s so cute ☺️
Great ideas! Love them. Thanks Nikki
I have made so many of these tissue pouches from Nikkis tutorial. They are a huge hit! You really are the best sewing channel i have come across. Xxx

Great ideas thanks so much ! 😊
Once you said the tiny triangle back could be used for DND dice, I'm thinking of making some for my DND group!!
Perfect 🙌🏻
Just Discovered you. Really enjoy your channel. Thank you.

No, I’m just sitting in a different spot, haha!

Love this video!
Could you share your source for the ruler ribbon you use on the bookmark? I’ve looked around with no success.
Thanks!
Mine was bought years ago, but here is one just like it! amzn.to/3xQSMZg

I love the seahorse ornament. Is that one of your patterns or someone else’s?
The seahorse is in this book :) www.amazon.com/dp/0715333402/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_PXDNA7NQMGT9DHP20NSV?linkCode=ml2&tag=pin0f7-20
Cute!
How do you measure for a cup cozy? The size of your cup cozy does it fit usually every cup?🥤☕
Somehow it does seem to fit every cup 😆. I used a coffee shop’s actual sleeve size as a starting point. They fit all the coffee shop cups except the giant Starbucks trenta.
