The Q0NW (13900KF ES2) also has a very good price/performance ratio, although it also has the issue of E Core voltage anomaly, but turning off the DLVR function of the motherboard can solve this problem, and most importantly, it can use XTU overclocking on the H610 or B760 motherboard

No this cpu limits dd4 to 3200mhz, no way to go higher

I think undervolting is possible on some B760/660, unlikely on H610.

I never mod the bios, just used the default one instead. 104 microcode wouldn't do much to non-K CPU anyways.
