Honestly I’d suggest downloading Notepad+ and trying opening it through there. If you’re using Windows 10 there may be an issue? I’m not sure and there shouldn’t be, but I was using win11
Ooh good question. I remember seeing it in the files and I played with it. Changing your overall XP does affect your levels BUT it doesn’t give you the skill points you earn for leveling up. Technically, you could take a fresh account, set the XP to like, level 100 and get 0 skill points from doing so, so you won’t have the upgraded skills. I might make a video on it to help out

when i try to open the TS SE Tool. exe it doesn’t open at all
did you decompress it? if i remember correctly you need to unzip the folder it downloads in for it to open
