i have one my daytona; they are just a little on the small side and the finish on the hard parts will come off after you brush your boot over them a few times. They should have added a few connection points to allow you to mount a soft bag on top too. The zips can be a pia to get it re-attached too; but it is still a very nice product.
I found that the top wears a little today.. I must have tapped it with my boot.. small scratch on the rubberized part.. but.. its a tailbag... for day rides this will be perfect.. yeah probably not enough for a weekend trip... I guess Triumph saved that for the Tigers.. lol thanks for the heads up!
it is a great idea.. I have found that the zippers can be a bit finicky to fasten because they have to be tight.. but it's okay.. I prefer them to straps.
That bag is great, i love the look of it, My last tailbag ended on the top of my exhaust and burned to hell since it wasn't designed for my bike in mind, it was more for overall bikes. Great Video
Damn nice looking bag! I have always been told, let the bike carry it. Bags that mount to the bike will allow you to be more comfortable and not get so fatigued while riding especially on longer journeys. Safe riding brother!
For a while I was using my Ogio backpack exclusively for work... but for longer rides and a bit more room on bike luggage is clutch! thanks and same to you! I hope you enjoying the Boss too
I saw you have a Daytona.. I assume it's pre -13? Triumph used to make a bag for the old Street Triples but I have read it is tough to find.. maybe it would fit the Daytona too.. it had a similar zip setup IIRC
Great review. I've always like the look of that tailbag but could never figure out how the mounting worked. Now that I know I'm going to retire my old tailbag and get the Triumph one. Nice bike. I have the same year & colour.
yeah.. about those.. I'm still on the fence about them... I'd go with the OEM ones.. but I still don't hate the stock mirrors lol.. Cyclops lights are the best! I love my setup.
it is really great.. been living with it for a few months and rarely take it off.. the silver covering on top is very prone to scratches, so I peeled it all off.. so now the top is black.. I think it looks even better.. the coating was a rubberized plasticy substance kind of like plastidip. Triumph OEM actually makes a similar one specific for the 765 but it mounts very much in the same way.
You can put a small lock on the two top zippers (there is a hole in each one that connects them together) but as far as removal from the bike at the zippers.. I don't think so.. at least not easily..
its in the garage.. been enjoying it but haven't really worked on it.. I'm debating on starting a mustang only channel since people seem to want motorcycle vids on here
Very nice!!! Looks like it wouldn’t take much for some low life to take it off the bike while you run in the store to get a gallon of milk tho. Still I like it.
Thanks for the advice . I bought it and I am very happy with it. I also bought the bar end mirrors you reviewed. Work great also.
Gotta love the factory-like install. Great work bud.
thanks!
Good review, although no longer available new from Triumph dealers there's a good supply of 2nd hand ones on places like ebay.
Duuuuude that tail bag is fiiiine... it fits and looks perfect! I'm a sucker for a successful tailbag.
LOL thanks.. I roadtested it today and it did well!
Thanks mate, really good!! Helped another..
Glad to hear it!

Very well designed bag, the mounting system is a great idea.

thanks! luggage vs. exhaust is always a tough one...I guess you have undertail exhaust? maybe dual cans like a Speed Triple or R1?
That's a nice bag and great mounting design
Yessir.. I'll put this on your next bike wish list!
Damn right!!

I had one on my street RS. Found it harder to mount the bike with the tail bag in the way. Do’h lol 😆
Super slick design
Great looking setup, just wish my bike wasn't so old so I could utilize something like this.

Good bag, useful side pockets, but I prefer a clip fastenening system. I don't like fiddling with zips.
its all personal preference I guess.. for commuting it was perfect.. for an overnight I would have liked a bit more room. I will say it was secure.
I'm either going to find one of these or hard mount the clip straps from my Nelson-Rig CL-1060 bag using the same screws.
NICE AND DETAILED REVIEW!!!
WAS WONDERING CAN IT FIT 2 JEANS AND T- SHIRTS FOR A 2 DAY TRIP ?
Thank you.

awesome! I'm glad you found the video helpful.
Nice one bro!! its been a while for me to get on your great channel!! wild looking ride bro very cool
thank you Andy! Much appreciated!
Nice 👌 very clean looking tail bag. Thanks for the review.
thank you! Glad you found it valuable.
Very clean setup.
thanks man.. I need space for my tea and crumpets, you know...
Get some bar end mirrors please. I got the same upgraded cyclops lights shipped to the UK! They are the business. Cheers, keep up the good vids.

dafobra I will try and send you a video of my modified street triple. It's looking good
SQ please do!
nice bag . glad you like it
thanks!
Do you have the model number for the tail bag cause I go to your link and it's not there
very nice review
thanks! Hey and nice feature on Moto Madness! You see some real bananas...
Actual part number would be helpful too
There are several links in the description. I believe it was part # A9510106 but sadly this item was discontinued by Triumph.
@@AdamSVT people still list them for sale by part number. You are right, I was able to grab the number from the link.
Thanks for the vid, this helps a lot. Triumph should have made one like this. 😅
@@AdamSVTfound one! It's in 98% good shape, only a couple tiny little chips in the paint.
@@falcn12that’s amazing! It’s a great bag. I wished it was a tiny bit bigger but it worked for 90% of what I needed to take and looked so great.
That bag seems great! Do you know if it fits the Street Triple 765 RS?

@@AdamSVT Awesome! Thanks for answering =)
Very nice bag. Is there away to lock it so nobody can unzip and run?
You can put a small lock on the two top zippers (there is a hole in each one that connects them together) but as far as removal from the bike at the zippers.. I don't think so.. at least not easily..
good job man
thanks! I think Triumph makes another one for the Speed too
How does it work while also wearing a backpack?
it cleared my Ogio mach 5
Is there any saddle bag by triumph for street triple r
Givi makes a nice setup
dafobra thank you
Will this fit a 2018 Street Triple RS?
Yes - I’ve got one 👍🏻
if it does, it will def need a different harness
I really wish I could buy this bag.. anyone want to sell me theirs?
Where’s the mustang
its in the garage.. been enjoying it but haven't really worked on it.. I'm debating on starting a mustang only channel since people seem to want motorcycle vids on here

yeah that is true.. I rarely leave the bike unattended.. and I would I'd probably zip it off myself.. but yeah.. some people are scum.
dafobra still I think I’ll order one... lol!
Can't Wheelie Rob check on amazon there was one left and it was a steal at less than Triumph retail.
dafobra thanks!
Too bad it's discontinued
Moto Trini I just got one for my 2019 street triple r
