Your first trimester experience was basically the same as mine. Eating throughout the day was the only thing that I could do to keep myself from feeling nauseated. And it took me a while to learn how to eat in smaller increments so I gained around 8 pounds. The second trimester I had steadier weight gain, the beginning and middle of the third trimester I maintained and then lost weight. Now here at the end I feel like I'm gaining weight again so quickly. It can be kind of unnerving to see those numbers jump, but my doctor said I'm within a healthy range so I shouldn't worry. I'm probably making up for extra fluid that I didn't retain earlier for some reason.
Reality for me was 80 lbs!!!! I was lean and fit and now morbid obese monster. It’s all lies the doctors just repeat the crap that is outdated!! I’m 33 weeks now, no diabetes, no preeclampsia. I’m VERY swollen too, but the truth is my body took over. It doesn’t matter what you eat or how you exercise. You will gain whatever the body needs!!
I agree and I'm on my 3rd pregnancy. There is no controlling it. Always gain 50+ and my sister is the same and she's on her 5th pregnancy. It does come off as fast as it comes on but the last 20 lbs always requires some work.
Thank you! I think it’s really discouraging when some women are like, I gained 23 pounds during my pregnancy! Like what!! My feet are swollen and some people hold onto it differently
This was so helpful. I feel so much better about my weight gain now in my first trimester going into 2nd! You are absolutely stunning and your realness in this video really helped my self consciousness. I am also having a little girl! I have not been eating healthy or exercising During this first trimester because I have been so sick and tired. May I ask where you purchased maternity clothes And when you started wearing them? I am twelve weeks and have gained about six pounds and I am now showing. Nothing fits right and it has been depressing. I just need some clothes. Can you make a video on your expectation and reality of childbirth

I love, love, love your video.
Aww thank you!
Thank you for the video 💕
Wise words for sure. I’m 68 now and predict you will do very well over the years.
Thank you for the kind words! :)
🇺🇲I think 45lbs is more better, for a base gauge. 25-35lbs way to low to me.
I'm Average height 5'4 height (110-132bs prepregnancy varying range).
