Greek Sofrito Recipe - A Traditional Corfu Dish

TRADITIONAL SOFRITO BEEF STEW RECIPE FROM CORFU
This Greek veal Sofrito recipe is a traditional Corfiot dish. This traditional Sofrito recipe is a must try.This recipe is easy, follow the instructions in this video and cook this delicious and famous traditional Corfiot dish.
INGREDIENTS :
900gr.beef /veal ( cut in thin slices 0,50-1 cm.)
300ml.white wine (dry)
30 ml.white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
5-6 garlic cloves (in thin slices)
40gr.freshly chopped parsley
100-150gr.plain flour
150ml.olive oil (extra fine)
pepper/salt
