My dad passed away before 2015 he never got to see them win. If only I can tell him that the warriors finally moved to San Francisco and won it again proving everyone wrong. They didn't need KD, but they sure as hell needed Iggy. Even though he barely played & contributed to the team on the court, bringing him back got them winning again. When they traded him, they went back to being bottom feeders.

I’m an Orlando Magic fan. And I’m impressed how the Golden State Warriors front office has been able to retool and rebuild the roster more than once to sustain success. First with building around Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson for their first championship with this core. Than retooling the roster when signing Kevin Durant. Which lead to two more championships. Then rebuilding around the core again which lead to this championship.
and they are also contending while rebuilding which is incredible. By any chance if curry Thompson and green is going to a huge downfall, we can see that wiggins wiseman poole kuminga and moody will be the core for next 8 years... Durant a calf injury then an torn ACL while klay injured his Achilles and ACL in back to back seasons. Durant left, Cousins Left, traded Iggy, people retired and left in free agency we only got D’Angelo from the Kevin Durant trade and drafted Jordan Poole. Curry broke his hand Draymond had a high ankle sprain and lastly we traded D Angelo for Wiggins and a first round pick and tanked the 2020 season to get Wiseman 2nd overall then use that pick to draft Johnathan Kumingha from the Wiggins trade at 7 miss the playoffs losing in the play in tournament to the grizzles and lakers then everyone came back healthy we reloaded came into the season underestimated and the rest is history we came back and won the championship.

It was a good move that kd left the warriors, cause curry klay etc needed to remember that even without kd they were still a great team and having kd it kinda left curry and the rest of the team thinking that kd would carry them and that resulted the warriors go 1-3 vs the raptors. They needed that loss to get back and dominate without kd and they did. If the warriors played like this in 2019 i think they woulde've 3peat, maybe not but at least thinking bout it yes they would've won 5 chips. My opinion
