My friends tell me to open up a restaurant wih my drunken chickens.... I chop up onions and cilantro with a little bit of jalapeno into small pieces then put it inside the chicken skin .... Next u can always substitute the beer for , dr pepper for a teriyaki taste, or big red is also delicious.

Hey cuzz. Next time tint your chicken earlier. This way you can take off your foil to have a nice crisper skin at the end of the cooking. 🎉
