    Developers should not create a concrete jungle in Ghana like some countries. They should add greenery to their designs cos that makes the property extra classy and serene. It also make the country more beautiful like Rwanda.

      Sure,Accra is located in an area where earthquakes are real and even occured on small magnitude couple years ago.Accra cannot,if developpers are well informed,host tall buildings as many other African cities such as Dar es Salam, Nairobi,Abidjan or Lagos.But,Accra will always be among the Best Cities in Africa with regards to the efforts being made in all aspects.🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭

      There're new technologies to withstand earthquakes. Japan is highly an earthquake zone but they're still building super tall buildings. The problem with Ghana is that we lack proper city planners .

    When you compare Accra Ghana to other cities in Africa such as Lagos, Abidjan, Dar es Salaam, Nairobi and many cities in South Africa, Ghana is still far behind let's be honest.😢

    • @andrewasibey371
      @andrewasibey371 ปีที่แล้ว

      A needless comparison. Each country, each city develops at its own pace! It is only the unsophisticated who will not appreciate the ongoing transformation of Accra!

      @@andrewasibey371 it's 2023 and it's funny how people always make excuses when it comes to Ghana and what about the Marine Drive project that was supposed to have started back in 2016 but till this day has not started.. among other project that they lied about... so stop the BS!!!

    • @andrewasibey371
      @andrewasibey371 ปีที่แล้ว

      What excuses? Cities develop at their own pace. The cities you mentioned are not any better than Accra when one is looking at quality of life. I would rather live in Accra than Nairobi, Lagos, etc.
      The marine drive project has stalled because investors are yet to buy into it. Government cannot do it on its own. It does not have the financial muscle to do it.
