I must say Im impressed with the new modern archutecture coming up and already in Accra.
Imagine Accra in the next 5 years . I caught a glimpse of (Selton Skye) on the N1 which is going to be the tallest building in Ghana. Cranes have already been erected. I also saw cranes erected at airport city where Clifton homes is building the Atlas apartments. But why are you not interested in capturing the new bank of Ghana headquarters too?

Who’s the owner of this project
They’re all private development
You hype even projects that are not in their completed stages, please hyped them when they are fully completed charley. And am sure these building are not owned by Ghanaian, they are mostly owned by foreigners.
Building apartments that 90% of the resident population can’t afford is just ridiculous
Can’t rely on the private sector to fix the housing problem in Accra my brother. It will have to be done by the government. Private sector only care about profits.

The 90% is not their target market … ever heard of niche market?
It's like that everywhere though . London , NY, Paris Dubai. The ones with the money can afford the best, unlesss favour speaks for you instead.
