      You must always put your best foot forward. That should have maximum airplay. Nothing wrong with that, notwithstanding there are other beautiful destinations in Ghana. But Accra is Ghana in miniature. It is a microcosm of destination Ghana, encompassing the good, the bad, and the ugly.

      @@Boris-m5x Don't mind him. Tourism is not only about tall buildings. That area around Akosombo and Aburi, the waterfalls in the Volta, the Kakum and Mole Parks as well as the Kumasi Cultural Center can bring more tourists to Ghana than the tall buildings in Accra.

    The hallway to access the apartments is disappointing. It doesn’t give the glamour that you spoke about. Interiors are also basic in their layout. Functional but not an exclusive apartment.

    If we can't build skyscrapers in Accra, these kinda of buildings will be great and make Accra look beautiful

      Anyone who can build these buildings can also build skyscrapers but what people don't get is that we are in the center of the earth and prone to earthquakes. Some people talk thinking they know better than the researched builders

Ghana's seismic activity is not due to its geographical position but rather the presence of the Akuapim Fault Zone. Japan, which sits on a major tectonic plate boundary and fault zones, has managed to build earthquake-resistant skyscrapers. This shows that earthquakes are not a barrier to construction. If you studied engineering or architecture, you would know that buildings are designed with environmental factors like earthquakes in mind.
