If Cammus put buttons where you were suggesting then it would eliminate the ability to change the rim. I much prefer the rim swap feature that was the main selling point for my pre-order.
Hi, I would like to use your settings as a starting point on my C12, but unless i missed it, I would like to know what you had the force feedback set to when you were testing the wheel. Also, if you watch the Race Beyond Matter video on the C12. He changes the linear curve to zero on the settings portion where you have the wheel base temp. Which apparently helps with the details.
those are 2 settings that exist on Fanatec Podium base... and obviously from a User POV i could tell Fanatec had SERIOUS problems understanding INERTIA. Mass related, inertia presents as a 'stability' to changes in acceleration regardless of being in motion or not. basically the software engineers at Fanatec didn't/don't understand fundamental physics and it came through in their software...
something with lots of MASS is hard to get moving... meaning you're applying acceleration... BUT once you do get that something moving it is now difficult to get it to stop moving... meaning you're applying a negative acceleration... INERTIA... a form of 'stability' against acceleration
@@emteehed You're likely trying to talk about acceleration or deceleration g-force but it's hard to tell what your point actually is. That said these settings are present in all decent ffb drivers - certainly not only on a podium wheelbase lol. It may be big news to you but simulated controls have very little to do with the real world. Hence why FORCE feedback is not a direct interpretation of newtons second law for example. Just set it up so it delivers you something that you want to feel. Case closed, no need to bullcrap into the comments.
@kontoname no. Litterally talking about f=ma. And with your logic the sims may as well be the arcade pole position with multiplayer applied. Clearly you don't understand how mass provides a sensation of resistance to a person applying pressure. INERTIA.
@@MarcGaming86It's about the company itself. They use a lot of underhanded tactics like fake reviews and fake comments to boost their image. However, Moza also used to do the same thing when they first started out, so just buy whatever you think is best. People will always judge you for that.
Has anyone driven a Cammus C12 and do you have any feedback on it? 👇👇
The yellow centering stripe and it being pc only is a complete joke 😅

huh good point

Why not tinker with settings real time on a side screen/other monitor, so its not blocking racers view on main screen?
Can you attach Cammus models to a rig?
I got mine to my gt omega prime lite
Yep. Have mine attached to TR8 Pro.
I absolutely love the look of that wheel
Could you describe the effects feel in a few sentences for me I'm trying to help with develop of extra effects for the ffbeast DIY wheel project
I bought the c12 and lc100 I'm finding it brilliant

PLEASE take notice i said MASS and not WEIGHT
Bro I'm still trying to understand 😅

Seems weird and I’m not sure it going light would feel good!
👍😁
Thanks Julian!
Cool vid and quick psa to potential cammus buyers : Do not buy cammus products
Why I've bought cammus and it's great

@johnprice99662 well I've got no problems with them so all I care about is how good the product is that I've paid for and talking to them
@FrostyFrozzie they must be the first company that has ever done that 😮
Snap, i have C5 and LC100 PEDALS. Incredible
Nice to be 1st comment :P
😆
Nailed it!
