    Rashmi, I love you. I have begun my yoga journey with and had great results so far with the 6 day workout program for beginners. However, I have made great strides with this and am now finding it rather easy and want to jump to the next level with you. Please make another six day serious that takes this one to the next level but not too hard please. Thank you.

    Hi Rashmi..
    Thanks for the great workout you provide with these six days workout videos.. I have been doing it for past two weeks now and I enjoy it a lot.. I have some queries
    1. Is it okay if I change the pattern of the days.. Sometimes bcoz of hectic schedule ahead I do some easy workout on that day like arms and shoulders and following day I do the missed one. I just want to know that it won't have any negative effect??
    2. I am unable to do Day 3 workout as I have weak legs.. somewhere or other I get stuck and has to stop.. suggest what should I do
    3. In Day 6, I am able to do surya namaskar but when in the last few stage where I have to bring my one leg forward between my palms, I can't do it.. It definitely lowers my moral and I do it half heartedly to be honest.. I want to know if it's okay to bring leg as ahead as possible if not between my leg.. I am a beginner..
    4. For how many weeks should I continue these 6 days workout and then move to 5 weeks get fit workout??
    5. I start each day workout with Day 1 and then follow that particular day workout.. Is that okay??

      Below are your answers.
      1. Yes, it's okay if you shuffle the days. They won;t have any adverse effect.
      2. Take an expert opinion and find out if the reason is normal. If so, continue doing it slowly and once you get use to it, may be then you will feel comfortable.
      3. For beginner, this problem can be excused. However do try them in your routine basis and soon you will find it comfortable.
      4. Once you feel that you have gained experts in almost all days and all variations, you can proceed with Get Fit In Five Weeks module.
      5. Yes, that's okay.
