The scorpion is back!!! Absolutely love that rig. It’s why I started watching your channel.
I love the look of that red wrangler 👍🏾👍🏾 shorten wheelbase
That scorpion is a Beast 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 siiiii
Great to see the team back on the trail doing your thing!!!
Scorpion is so awesome!
The paint job shines so nice in the sunshine ☀️
Yes-Air Down!
❤️🐞
The Scorpion looks awesome Matt! Glad its back on the trail! Thank you for the great videos.
🤘🏽😎🇺🇲
That green is B-E-A-UTIFUL!! That thing makes me want to build one of my own! Love your content please! Keep it coming!!
Scorpion turned out great! I’ve been on the fence about building a crawler but I think you just pushed me over :-)
Scorpion is looking good. Glad to see you're out having fun in it.
Matt your scorpion crawl with a sting, nice thabks for sharing
Wow... The scorpion looks awesome... Can't wait to see it in action...!!!!
Absolutely love the colour, all the best to you all
Loved seeing the Scorpion running up and down 191!
I’m happy to see you back in the scorpion! 🦂 🥳
Loving the bass boat paint job!
That rear LED Scorpion panel is DOPE! Nice touch. Always been a fan of the darker greens and the silver metal flake really makes it pop. I had a '67 Mustang I painted near the same color green, but went w/ the gold metal flake, thinking about Leprecauns and pots of gold.
Congratulations on getting the scorpion back on the road, or should I say off-road 👍☮️
Yes! Thank you!
Yay! Wyoming got a mention. LOL Hey, we will take what we can get. LOL
Scorpion Crawler is looking better than ever, the new paint really pops. Do your best to keep her shiny side up!
That scorpion is freaking awesome
The scorpion is looking great!!
That green is so cool Matt, some cool wheeling.
Looks like all of you had such a great time and there's more to come
For sure, lots more!
Very cool to see your hard work on the Scorpion pay off!
Great video! Really liked the bouncing back and forth between Matt and my man Colt. Can you do a video showing footprint vs tire pressure. Like your footprint at 40 psi (street pressure) vs 21 psi vs 8-10 psi or whatever you run?
Scorpion, 5 Stars Thumbs Up👍👍Cool Truck!!
Good Stuff.
Bleeping Colt, I feel for ya. As retired paramedic from Casper, I know all the state very very well. So sorry your window left you out in the wind tunnel :( hopefully you had time to look over devils gate, and independence rock while you were out there.
PS if you need a stopping point for future trips, I have land both on Casper Mtn, and now living in Montrose Colorado.
Much appreciated
These guys from Tennessee they're so chill. They're definitely a different bunch to watch than Matt's off-road but so cool when they do a colab with Matt and his guys
Thanks, glad you like our east coast style
@@bleepinjeep your guys style is so laid back and chill it's something else to watch
Saw that little clip of Colt at the Moab Diner. My favorite eatin’ spot in Moab! Every time I’m in the area i go there, get breakfast or lunch and a t-shirt or sticker. Haha
We ate there like 3 times 🤩
@@bleepinjeep it’s a great spot!
I honestly haven’t really been anywhere else to eat in the area now that i think about it…
@@bleepinjeep also! So awesome seeing Scorpion back on the trail! My favorite build series to watch!
The scorpion is looking good 👍🤩
Man, the Scorpion in a beast!
we also need more on that 52 Cummins powered Power Wagon. That thing was sweet
That scorpion is badass 🤟
I was in grand junction harbor freight last week
That hood looks boss; the scorpion 🦂 is back!
Great trails and scenery, yes. The town of Moab is a weird place. LOL
that is a great looking scorpio stop plate !
Welcome back.
Luna and Marlon the off road n chill i see is good person🙋🏻♂️🙏🏻
Thanks for the new video!
I spot my coffee when you said leprechauns are going to Pop out of there...!!!! 😂 LoL
Thanks, the leave blower gave me a great laugh!
Suggestion, for having a gravel stone driveway with an incline, suggest you put together a motorized 5th wheel dolly (you could probably fab one together using a lawn mower engine and chain for the driveline). Have that attached to a simple HF trailer 4x6 or so (1200# capacity). Then you can unload the heavy components from the back of a lift truck directly onto the deck of the trailer and walk the trailer back to where you need it to go. If you use truck bed plastic insert on the deck and use a tilt trailer, you can unload the heavy components yourself, just slides off.
Scorpion is a serious machine
Awesome as always
That bass boat metal flake lookin good
Very nice 👍
Good video need to make movers with big tires on it to move stuff across the gravel driveway
5:40 😭 guys...
...dollys should be pulled. When pushing you increase weight on the tires, when pulling you relieve the weight. Think trailing arms.
Nice Machine
Looks like fun
Paint looks sick man. I used to think it was black 🤪
Going down Escalator looked horrifying 😆
scorpion looks and performed awesome. are there any driving conditions you prefer the commancheap over the scorpion?
Cold weather, the comancheep is inclosed😁
@@bleepinjeep ahahaha. that makes perfect sense
That waterless coolant is always a bad idea. I had a friend that ran that same stuff ended up blowing a radiator hose on the trail did a quick Trail fix he topped it off of water to keep it from overheating to get it back to the parking lot, the water mixed with the waterless coolant making the water pump seized up breaking the crankshaft and bending valves. Water and traditionally antifreeze is always the way to go
I was going to say, make sure you carry spare coolant, for emergencies.
It's compatible with water, I wonder why mixing it with water made his pump blow? I wonder if there was a separate issue that caused the hose to blow in the first place as it's not going to build pressure until it boils which in Evans case is very high, something like 375 degrees
Hey Cole & Matt !! Great video !! Cole ,, Do you have videos of your build on the ""SUZUKI "" that you drive ?? Is that running on ""PROPANE "" ?? Have a good week & Hope ALL had fun out there !!
I remember years ago, when first scorpion was just an idea
Great job! Love the "taco" tires. BTW, when will we get "BleepinJeep Anthem 2.0"? 🤪
We've been discussing it, we need to get Pat enough free time to help us do it again!
Hey Matt do you have a video on how you mounted your psc Reservoir on your scorpion crawler
Colt Matt always have tools no matter where he goes 🤣🤣🤣
Devils hot Tub aint no Joke!! I was able to do it in a 900 rzr trail a 50 inch sxs!!! World first?
Hope I can get out to Moab some day.
Matt needs to invest in a pallet jack lol
You do have a winch and multiple four-wheel-drive vehicles To move those packages
PuuuuuurTy
PLEASE tell us you did Pritchet. I want to run it SO bad and LOVE seeing my trail heros take it on.
Absolutely, that video will probably be next up.
Hey Matt, just curious, whyd you switch to the pats over the treps?
😎👍
From sticky Treps to Pats?????Patagonia giving out tires like water.
able to keep up with brand name any day.
I know, it's killing me giving up that traction. But it's moab so you can run anything you want there. It'll be interesting to see if he keeps them on when he's at wind rock or anywhere on the east coast for that matter
You need a Lil yard tractor with pallet forks man
👍
Matt ran out of gas.......🤣
Matt, why did you switch from the Maxxis tires to the Patagonias?
I have to say Brother. Love the rig. The green paint is not a favorite. You guys that have off-road channels like yours. That paint needs to pop and know from one peak to another. Hey I know that rig. Only bad comment I have made. Love your channel no matter what.
Do you believe me yet that you need a frontend loader with forks on it?
Y'all need a skidsteer with forks.
How do you like the new tires
So far they are working great, no issues
Does anyone else remember the Scorpion buggy from the early 90s
Yes, back in the old ARCA competition days
what psi do you like to run at?
where is mr Rose now a days?
What’s the deal with waterless coolant?
Eco Friendly and Basically Zero Pressure on your operating system as it's boiling point is way above what your engine will ever get to unless something is seriously wrong. Supposedly you can even pull the radiator cap at operating temps because there's minimal to no pressure on the system. Theoretically saving parts, they've been running it in offroad rigs (dirtbikes/quads) for years.
@@bleepinjeep Neat! This seems like a stupid question but is it good for daily’s too?
@@RatsnRods it would be, but they don't really promote it for more than just dedicated rigs like race cars and such.
@@bleepinjeep thank you much! Also thank you for getting me into Jeep’s years ago, back when you were building the comanche and zombie jeep, I fell in love, finally years later I got a Cherokee and painted it like the comancheep! Gonna pick it up from paint this week!
Mat , have you ever tried to push a chine ?
re airing down, if you got one of these new trucks with big rims and like /60 profile tires, nah, do not even try. proper /75 truck tires, oh yeah, but if you're going to get down below 15 psi, you probably should have locking rims
... I run 1psi on trails for 15 years no worries.... no beadlocks...no problems
Pull instead of push 🤣🤣🤣
Explains why the tires have looked aired up for the past 10 years, Matts been guessing this whole time!
Lol, no my gauge at the house was waaay off for some reason. 🤣
@@bleepinjeep prolly got jacked up by that 8 gigawatt compressor we saw your neighbor rolling in. GL with the rest of the buildout we'll be watching!
Certainly everyone has figured out it's easier to pull than push that kind of weight
Not uphill on gravel
When do we see the new tons for the scorpion?
As soon as I get back I'll get started
r u concerned about higher head temps w waterless coolant ??
seeing you r going to be in the desert.
No, the only thing I was worried about was my burrito cooker not getting warm enough
I have an 04 350 super duty off road package, tow package, and plow package with an original engine that I rebuilt. It has to much rust to register again. I would like to sell it. Body is very rusty but runs and divers great.
Shoot us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
You need to shine your handles up and clear coat them so you don't have to full with it anymore
I actually did this trail all the way to hells gate before I realized my lockouts were not locked I kept wandering why I had to lock my rear locker on my jku on 40s was really disappointed with my jeep till that point when I realized my lockouts was not locked.
Guys check out TRAIL MATER's channel... RORY is another great recovery channel...!!!!
Rory is a rad dude!
Note to self. When carrying another vehicle always have a way to transfer gas from one vehicle to another in case of emergency
True, in this case 1 was diesel ⛽️
You could have but those boxes on skids and winch them.....
Lol I live in Rawlins
Glad your hardware store had Plexiglass!!
You clearly need a forklift bro 😂
Was that real honey?
America 🇺🇸💪🏼🔧🔩🤙🏼
Shes a babe 😍 💕
When it comes to a Jeep Cherokee and rust I just go buy another one by the time you do all the work it takes you could have just worked and bought one that was perfect
I would agree with you ten years ago. It's getting harder to find rust free 2 door XJ's in a reasonable price range.
Looking great but not the Evans crap. I hope they pay you well to peddle their scam.
Why is it a scam?, worked great all week.
Waterless coolant is a scam. Outlandish claims of better cooling than H2O (as if they can change the rules of phisics), of hotter coolant meaning more heat is being taken away from the engine, better corrosion inibiting than anything else, except it's just undiluted Ethylene glycol. The Evans Flush system. Their lack of transparency and indipendent comparative tests. Their incompatibility with Mg never mentioned and purposely hidden, even in their product line aimed at Vintage/Historical cars and long term storage. The list goes on.
