Simple but very important info that I didm't know. Needed a good hamstring exercise -more resistance is the answer on the recumbent.

I've used a recumbent bike while house-sitting a few times and now I know why it's been hard on my knees. I pull the seat all the way forward and lower the resistance enough to achieve really high cadence like I'm riding a bicycle. I'll try it with the seat back and higher resistance next time.
