Thanks for bringing back Frostgrave. Love this game! Your wizard running for the door and just barely getting out was awesome! That poor archer was trying so hard to not fight, but the snakes would not let up!

This scenario is so so brutal to play, I needed some "adjustments" just to get through it. Brilliant campaign though, I love how it reads like a lesson in solo game design.
Christmas in Jul.. I mean June. Looking forward A LOT to second edition. You do tons of great stuff but Frostgrave with you & Owen was special.

It got me inspired into making a set of vapour snakes that look great thanks for that.

Seems pretty similar to my experience w/ this scenario. Those snakes are no joke.
I can see Jeeves walking around with a covered platter and asking " brains sir?" In a very british accent

Cast a 'smell', dry trail rations will do that to you!
Its Writhing Fumes...so casting a smell makes perfect sense!

I played this scenario too many times! I thought there was something wrong with me! Those damn snakes are too Strong! I used zombies, (TY Ash Barker for a Killer-fun Game! LZDA) instead. Deployed via a 3"-d20 roll for direction, and 2 in the middle. ALOT easier and I didn't have to restart a new damned Wizard! Joseph needs a kick in his ASS! for Vapor Snakes! hahah
I disagree about monsters been just pests. Think even a rat is a potential endgame with this D20 craziness :-). Thuggy McThuggins went down embarssingly easy. RiP Thuggy. I like my Frostgrave encounters on the end of a crossbow.

Quick question. The page on spells confuses me. At first it states that spells end on a 1 - 10. Then in the bottom box is says spells end on 11+ . Is there an errata somewhere that says which one?

Mostly aquarium terrain and Gale Force 9 bits in this one :)
