Thank you for sharing. I’m going to Graceland in a week and a half July 20. My very first time. I’ve been an Elvis fan since I was 12. I’m now 64. I’m beyond excited and looking forward to seeing Graceland in person. We also got the VIP tour package and I’m hoping I can hold a personal item of Elvis
Thank you so very much for this video. I didnt know they allowed vidoes to be taken. You are very good at it and editing it. Best one I've seen. I plan on going this year. Looks like a ton of walking with not much rest time. I'm sure a private tour with just a few is more pleasant and exciting than going in elvis week.
There is no other memory that will stand out like the VIP tour at Graceland. It was the one of the best things I have ever done it is worth everything you will never forget it. They have not only done a beautiful job with the entire place but it is so over the top you would have to spend the entire day there to see it all or come back the next day there is an awful lot they offer I'm more than you could ever believe
Thanks to All who support Him keep His legacy alive forever Elvis Presley let's Make this best year for Elvis Presley New fan's New hits More GOLD discs New movie 2022
This was great! We are going to Graceland in September. Definitely doing the ultimate vip tour. It will be hard to see Lisa Marie buried there now as well.
Catching up today on videos we missed during our recent travels. We have learned a lot about Elvis Presley today on your channel. He lived such an amazing life. It is sad that it was cut short. Thanks for sharing your trip to Graceland with us!
Loved the Graceland tour, Keith and Terri. Does look like a 70's style with the paneling and carpet. Even Elvis didn't have a big flat screen back then! All the memorabilia that remains there. As you mention it is just like a museum. Beautiful visit! Thanks so much for bringing us along on your tour.
Very interesting. I was surprised at how much stuff they kept. Was neat to travel back in time. I was surprised they didn't have his guitars on display. I enjoyed the tour . keep up the good work
We took the Graceland tour in 2014, that was before the big new exhibition complex. When we go back, we're definitely doing the Ultimate VIP tour. Your videos are awesome!
Brilliant video, one of the best and most comprehensive that I've seen. Thank you for sharing. Did either of you see Elvis when he was alive.? You look just old enough to have been around back then. I am 76 and was 28 when I flew over there from Australia to see him in 1976😊
This video is so so awesome thank you for doing it also I had to say you shot it with grace for Lisa’s son who passed away not long ago I love how y’all showed a photo
This is awesome! I’ve only been to Memphis once and the wait for a tour was so long my family decided not to go. I love seeing it all and all the info you provided! What a great tour! -S
I love your video, but the edits are too quick, I'm constantly hitting the pause key to appreciate the great shots you took. My best on your retirement!
Thank you for that suggestion! In later videos we have slowed it down a bit. TH-cam is a constant learning process for sure. We are loving retirement! 😊
I’m not sure about that unless it’s something new. You do however get to hold something that belonged to Elvis which is pretty cool! It’s definitely worth it!
We tell about the story of how we found out who it was in our Who Was our Tour Guide video……very interesting so for the details you can watch that but very long story short it was Elvis step-brother
Thank you for the video. If I did a tour that starts at 1:15 p.m., would I have time to go back through the mansion? I was thinking of going to the Museum complex in the morning on my own, then connecting with the guided mansion tour. But I would want to go back through the mansion on my own. Would that work? Would I have enough time? Thanks.
We found it hard to see everything in one day. There was no way we would’ve had time to go back through the mansion but we did the Ultimate VIP Tour so that takes longer than the regular tours
@@RetiredLovingIt I was reading Graceland tour reviews on another site. A lot of people mention John, same tour guide you had. (David Stanley?). Do you have any idea how I could arrange to be on his UVIP tour? I'm wondering who at Graceland I could contact to find out which tours he is conducting.
@vlewin1844 we have no idea. Many people don’t believe it was David but why did he say ‘he lived it and you have no idea’ over and over. I, personally, think he looks just like David. I guess you could ask for John and see what you think.
Toll nur fehlt der zweite Stock aber der ist bis heute noch für die Öffentlichkeit abgeschirmt vielleicht wird der zweite Stock eines Tages für öffentlichekeit grünes Licht gegeben werden abwarten man weiß nicht.
I don’t think it looks bad. If it was my home I’d make it look like I wanna make it look I don’t care about other peoples opinions I guess if you’re married, your wife might have some input. Lol
Elvis Presley was a huge fan of Queen Elizabeth II. He had always dreamed of meeting her, and one day, his dream came true. Elvis was invited to Buckingham Palace to perform for the Queen. He was so excited that he could barely sleep the night before. When he arrived at the palace, he was greeted by a butler who led him to the Queen's chambers. The Queen was sitting on a throne, and she looked even more regal than Elvis had imagined. He bowed low before her, and she smiled and said, "It is so nice to finally meet you, Mr. Presley. I have been a big fan of yours for many years." Elvis was so flustered that he could barely speak. He just nodded and said, "Thank you, Your Majesty." The Queen then asked Elvis to perform for her. He sang a few of his most famous songs, and the Queen seemed to enjoy them. When he was finished, she clapped and said, "That was wonderful, Mr. Presley. Thank you so much for that." Elvis was so happy that he had finally met the Queen. He knew that he would never forget this day. As Elvis was leaving the palace, he accidentally bumped into the Queen. She started to sneeze, and a big glob of snot flew out of her nose and on to his cheek. Elvis was so shocked that he just stood there, horrified. The Queen looked at the snot and then back up at Elvis. She smiled and said, "Oh dear, I seem to have made a mess." Elvis didn't know what to do. He just stood there, frozen in shock. The Queen then reached out and touched Elvis's cheek. She said, "Don't worry, Mr. Presley. I'll get rid of it" Elvis blushed and said, "Yes, Your Majesty." The Queen then leaned in and licked the snot off of Elvis's cheek. Elvis was so surprised that he almost fell over. The Queen smiled and said, "There, all better." Elvis didn't know what to say. He just stood there, staring at the Queen. The Queen then turned and walked away, leaving Elvis standing there, alone and confused. Elvis never forgot that day. He often thought about the Queen's snot, and how she had licked it off of his cheek. He wondered if she had done it on purpose, or if it was just an accident. Elvis never saw the Queen again, but he never forgot her. He always thought of her as a kind and generous woman, even if she did lick her snot.

Actually Elvis did have a big screen tv. It sat in front of the waterfall in the jungle room.
Yes flatscreen uses much less energy than the old boob tubes. Plus greater picture quality
Wow! What an incredible experience for you dear. Witnessing this in real is so cool. Every corner looks fantastic💕

Nice tour. Thanks for sharing
It was amazing to see and experience in person! Thanks for watching 😊 have a blessed weekend 🤗
Wow! How lucky you are. Did you also make it on to his birthplace in Tubalo Mississippi.
Not this trip but the model of his birth home was on display at Graceland. Such an interesting place to visit! So much to see!
What a brilliant tour! Thanks, guys. I like all the time capsule type visits.

We never saw him in person. We got married in 1975 and he died in 1977. One of our regrets but who ever would have dreamed that he would die so young?
