How To Make a Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie | The BEST!

  • Here's my easy recipe for the best peanut butter and banana smoothie:
    *One banana
    *One cup of milk (any milk of your choice)
    *1/4 cup of peanut butter (any pb of your choice - feel free to add as much or as little as you want)
    *Sweetener of your choice (I used sugar in the raw [turbinado])
    Optional items:
    **Greek yogurt
    **Protein Powder
    **Chocolate syrup

    My morning shake is 1 cup lactose free milk, water, ice, 2 packs splenda, cup dried oats, 1 package chocolate Metrx powder, 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter. Healthy and delicious! I love it!

    Here is my shake. Dark chocolate almond milk, scoop of protein powder,milled flax seed, chia wheat germ,cinnomon, banana or frozen medley fruit,peanut butter,honey.dash of turmeric. Blend it and that's breakfast.

      @@JenniferMartinez try organic peanut butter with no oil, sugar, or salt added where the only ingredients needed are peanuts. Actually you should make your own peanut butter since you have a Vitamix

    Mine is 1 cup of whole lactose free milk, 2 tbs of peanut butter, 1 tsp of brown sugar, 2 bananas, 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, and 1 tbs of honey. Its really good and helps for gaining weight. It has 800+ calories

      Add oatmeal. Its a game changer. I had a terrible disease as a younger teen and i thought i was going to die i went to 115 as a 5'9 male and found eating difficult. This milkshake with oatmeal allowed me to eventually with time to move up to 150. Ive never felt better!!!! This helped me

    Banana, 2/3 cup blueberry, 1 cup almond/coconut unsweetened milk, cup and a half of plain kefir. 1tbs nutritional yeast-2 tbsp cacao powder. Blend. Taste like chocolate covered blueberries with a tang. Healed my leaky gut

    Crystallised honey is totally fine! You can warm it up in a hot water bath if you want but not necessary for a smoothie. It would be no different to using the granulated sugar :)

    The riper the banana the sweeter it is. I also use pbfit so I feel less like I did something bad. A lot less calories than regular peanut butter.

    An easier version is vanilla ice cream milk banana and any peanut butter or,almond cashew. 2 cups whole milk 1\4 of the reg size ice cream. 1 banana and 1\2cup of your favorite peanut butter. I use reeses. Blend until all smooth. Enjoy.

    I was skeptical making this at first cause I thought the peanut butter would mess up the smoothie but I wanted to drink a smoothie yet the only thing we had was bananas and peanut butter so I finally tried it was so good I'm drinking some right now and it's like almost finished I might make this again some other time it was delicious 😁

    i always used to make this smoothie to gain weight and it worked!!! i gained 7 pounds which is good and it happens within 1 month if u wanna gain weight this is the smoothie go!! :)
    my recipe: a cup of 2% milk
    two spoons of peanut butter
    a spoon of quaker oats
    one banana

      if you are looking for a healthier version i’d suggest using pb2 instead of peanut butter. also use cashew or almond milk to watch your calories

    It did not need ice and you should've used organic peanut butter with no oil or sugar added and also perhaps 1% organic milk and last but not least more bananas and it would've been so wholesome and healthy

    The worst part about all this, is cleaning the peanut butter out of the blender.

      I agree! Here’s how I do it: fill up the blender about half way with HOT water and add a drop or two of dish soap. Put the lid back on, put it back on the base, and turn it on it! Pulse if needed to really get the water moving. Then just rinse it out! Thanks for watching, Chaz!

    Yes you are right, smoothie is made with yogurt. If you are making it with milk then it’s called milk shake.😊
