@@dr.flinch6745I had a trick I used to do when I grilled crab or crab legs. You crack them a little while they’re mostly frozen, then add the butters and oils and seasonings.. the meat will soak the smoke more and the freezing helps even the cooking. Oh lawd I might make some this weekend
Dont get me wrong i like crab. However, something you need to pull from the ocean floor, drill into, inject and dip in tons of butter after busting it out of it armored shell possibly with a hammer or nut cracker. It's just something considered normal, it's kinda crazy if you think about it.

@@nathanwaller9223 i use a traeger ranger for small cooks, but for big ones i have a masterbuilt 1050 which uses charcoal and wood. Its computer controlled so its a set-and-forget setup. I personally don't like having to watch the fire if you will. A lot of times I put a brisket or beef ribs on right before i go to bed and wake up to a completed perfect cook. Everyone's different though

I've always preferred lobster over crab. I just like the texture and taste of the meat on a lobster over any lind of crab I've ever tasted. Though, I had some soft shell crab sandwhich at some mom and pop place that blew my mind. But it was so long ago I can't even remember where that restaurant is.
