It’s doesn’t take that long to cook, if someone want to make 4-6 it would take probably 30ish minutes.

I've had it for like 3 years and it's amazing. You can get creative as hell with it, chocolate chips, bacon, eggs, prosciutto, any cheese, any ham, any jam, fruits, etc. Costed me like $25 bucks

Especially if you want to take something on the go. if I am feeling extra gluttonous, I like to stuff it with mozzarella, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. Then I dip it in warm pizza sauce as I eat it. So freaking good.
I have a stuffed waffle maker by power xl. We do all kinds of different flavors. If you use more wet ingredients use less waffle mix. The moisture makes it not cook evenly. We love ours! All you need is one and your full too!

My hubby bought this for Christmas morning breakfast and we love it. But yeah, the non solid fillings don’t cook as evenly, but we absolutely love this thing! We even made cheeseburger waffles. Sooooo good!
You need to cook the first layer longer before adding liquid or viscous ingredients. That way the inner batter will cook when you add the cooler liquid. OR make sure the berries and jam aren’t cold when put into the batter would help with this.
I will always remember that Tom Colicchio's personal home cooking trick is often to put leftovers in a waffle iron. He basically uses a waffle iron to reheat and remix.
The thing is, once you get a device like a stuffer, you gotta be a stuffer guy. You gotta think about making breakfast with your stuffer, you gotta start inserting the stuffer into your routine. It's not a gadget that'll adapt to someone's routine, it's the other way around.
If you had stuck with just jam, you probably wouldn't have had a problem with consistency. I'm guessing the juice from the fresh berries were the problem.

As someone who made a hundred or so waffles with this. Tie the tongs handle with rubber bands or a Velcro band while cooking. That will prevent the batter from leaking out.

no just use premade waffle mix it comes in a box you can get it for 5 dollars and all you need to add to it is water plus bacon and eggs takes a max of 10 mins to cook and the stuffler takes about 10-15 mins so only around 23 mins of work for something that isn't just premade refrigerated ingredients thrown together at Mcdonalds
I appreciate that it's not a super niche gadget. Ignore the extra ingredients and it's just an extra thick waffle iron. If you don't have a waffle iron, this could replace your normal purpose and just give more options for the same gadget potentially.
I have 2 of them. I bought 1 for my niece, then another 1, but at a higher price… there was a price increase. She entertains a lot and a very active and close family. It takes at least 6 to 7 minutes each. By the time the last person gets 1bit would be over an hour. The 2 of them, 2 children and their wives, 2+4=6 then add grandchildren another 3.5 (1 baby), 2+4+3=10….. at the time the baby was only a few months old. She loves it.

It's because the jam and fresh berries have too much water. The batter gets wetter as the water cooks out.

Pour maple syrup on a thin baking tray, throw it in the freezer. Break it into small pieces & stick them into the batter after pouring into the iron.
I think most people would default to the laziest way of dunking in maple syrup.

I like the stuffler. Worked with my Waffle recipe right out of the box. Threw some Cream cheese in one and some butterscotch chips in another.

I appreciate that it's not a super niche gadget. Ignore the extra ingredients and it's just an extra thick waffle iron. If you don't have a waffle iron, this could replace your normal purpose and just give more options for the same gadget potentially.

I have the same thing, and to get the sweet stuff consistent, you have to really drain the fruit and if it's a jam or jelly, only use a little bit.

I have 2 of them. I bought 1 for my niece, then another 1, but at a higher price… there was a price increase. She entertains a lot and a very active and close family. It takes at least 6 to 7 minutes each. By the time the last person gets 1bit would be over an hour. The 2 of them, 2 children and their wives, 2+4=6 then add grandchildren another 3.5 (1 baby), 2+4+3=10….. at the time the baby was only a few months old. She loves it.
