Things Betwixt I didn’t mind it because those are the only books from this list (besides Harry Potter) that I’ve read. I also knew she would since it’s her favorite series and everyone who does this video puts their favorites books one there. Maybe she’ll do a second part with other books🤷🏽♀️

Will/Jem/Tessa are one of my favorite ships of all time, the abundance of love the three of them have for each other is sooo heart wrenching in the best way possible. I love them so so much

Ypu should do most impactful fictional friendships!!! Like with will and jem, they had me melting even more than tessa with either of them.

I felt that Hinny Love in my heart! Say it louder for the cowards in the back Emma ❤️ I almost had a breakdown because there wasn’t any tsc couple but thankfully now I can breathe 😂 also I felt that wessa pettiness because it was me but now i am a huge herongraystairs stan, their love for each other will always be my favorite thing about shadowhunters. (I’m lying I love everything) Emma and Julian are so over-hated and it makes me so sad they’re adorable!! It frustrates me when characters don’t communicate and create drama when they could just talk to each other and fix everything 😂 Oh yeah Kit and Ty are friends! Friends who kiss each other in the mouth, with tongues. Let’s be honest they fell in love after two seconds they met. I honestly can’t wait for TWP they deserve all the love in the world. Sizzy is another super underrated ship that makes my heart melt i love them so much. Clace is one of the OG OTPS that I will always always hold dear in my heart i start crying thinking about their journey and where they are now :')
This isn’t really a couple relationship at all but I just finished Vicious by V.E. Schwab and the friendship relationship between Victor Vale and Sydney Clarke is my absolute FAVORITE. Like when he calls her “Syd.” I wanna cry ❤️

I love Clary and Jace so much. They are one of my favourite OTPs (both book and TV series, not the movie tho) and Jace is my longest running book/TV series boyfriend, no one has been able to top him yet 😂

I LOVE Ginny and Harry! I've been re-reading the series and I have also picked up on their connection much earlier than I did before.
And I was totally the same way with Jace and Clary! The moment the met I was HOOKED!
And that doesn't sound cheesy at a that they reminde you of you and your bf. Jamie and Landon from A Walk to Remember reminde me of my husband. He was the bad boy all the girls loved and I was unpopular, picked on and have health issues. He has also stuck with me through everything just like Landon.

So glad you mentioned Clary and Jace 😌 I was seriously worried you wouldn’t because I see so many people hating Jace’s character because he can be a bit of a douchebag sometimes 😂 I fully admit that he can be really harsh sometimes but YOU JUST CANT DENY THE FEELINGS AND THE RESPECT THAT CLACE HAVE FOR EACH OTHER ☺️ Clary and Jace were the couple that made me fall in love with books and reading (TMI was the first ever proper book series I started reading in 2013 when I was 11- I’m now 17) so I have so much pride, respect and gratitude for the whole TMI series, Cassandra Clare, and the Clace relationship because i didn’t really like reading much before I read TMI and I’ve honestly not gone a single day without reading ever since.
I think of any romance from a Cassandra Clare book as a Trojan Horse romance - that no matter how beautiful it is, it's gonna mess you up ROYALLY at the same time 😕 I think of the line Julian said to Emma during their cosy cottage hook up in Lord of Shadows, "Break my heart into a million pieces. I give you permission."
Also props to her for including pretty much EVERY kind of romance into her books. Like hetero relationships, gay, lesbian and bi relationships, transgender relationships and now menage a trois'. Hoping that we can see an asexual relationship at some stage cos once she includes that, CC will have included EVERYTHING 😍

Love Emma and Julian.Julian gets shit from a lot of people but I find him to be a very interesting and complex character.Ty and Kit are everything to me.I ship jessa and wessa both at the same time but not as much as I ship herongraystairs.
I actually believe Julian to be one of Cassandra Clare's best characters. Somehow her other characters didn't seem that interesting or complex to me personally, but Julian was different. He's one of the characters that just feels so real. Magnus and Simon are two others that had a lot of depth.
I personally feel Simon and Izzy is Clare's best romance. They were very believable, and a couple that you could really root for.
@@janhavi1977 It may sound weird but you don't know how nice it is to hear someone appreciate Julian because he does get a lot of backlash.I do like Will and jace but they are your typical bad boys with a good heart kind of character whereas Julian's character is so refreshing .And love Simon and Izzy.

And yes! Will Herondale is amazing too! I really like Jem as well, but I always felt he was not that unique. He just felt like the nice guy in the love triangle. And while Will was also a typical bad boy with a heart of gold, his backstory and motivations made him so much more interesting.
Not gonna lie, I'm not a big fan of Jace, but I can see why he's popular :)
I’m always so surprised when I hear people seeming to dislike Julian’s character. I can understand when people dislike the fact that Julian is capable of manipulating people and lying for his family’s protection- because Julian is VERY capable of lying and manipulation (and that IS a very bad character trait) but you just CAN’T dislike Jules because of it. You have to understand his reasons why. he was given the ENORMOUS responsibility of being the sole caretaker of his four younger siblings at only 12 years old, and because of this, had to put his own needs to the side to care for everyone else and become an adult at a way too early age. of course this would mean Julian would grow to be capable of doing pretty controversial things in order to protect those he loves! Because that’s all Julian’s ever known how to do and it’s what makes him so complex. I just can’t understand why people dislike him because of it when I literally can’t help but wanna burst out in tears at Julian’s entire character journey because he’s had such a difficult time in the five years between CoHF and TDA. I hate when people say they couldn’t care less about Julian and Emma’s relationship, because out of all the main characters in TDA, Julian and Emma probably deserve happiness the most because of all they’ve had to sacrifice over the years. Don’t get me wrong, I love the other couples in TDA too (discounting Mark, Cristina and Kieran- I’ve always been a Mark and Kieran shipper 😂) but if I had to choose a couple that I shipped the most throughout TDA, it would definitely be Emma and Julian.
@@madisongeorgia4692 Completely agree with everything you said.I feel the same way about Emma and Julian.They are my favourite couple in the entire shadow hunter universe and again could not agree more that they deserve all the love and happiness.I have always enjoyed couples and pairs in books but never have I shipped anyone as I do with Emma and Julian.I am Fine with the whole mark,Cristina, kieran thing but am definitely more inclined towards Mark and Kieran.
I love Will and Jem different ways but I ship Will and Tessa more. Sorry Jem😂

I’m reading An Anonymous Girl. It’s my first “adult” book so I’m kinda nervous but you said it was good and I trust your opinion so when I saw it at the store I was like “oh Emma really liked this book and I’m in the mood for a mystery” so I grabbed An Anonymous Girl and One of Us is Lying just because it’s YA (which I’m comfortable with) and I liked the description so hopefully I’ll enjoy it.
