As always Martine the food looks absolutely gorgeous I have had proper Cajun food on holiday in the USA I had Gumbo but with chicken and pork as I don't like prawns and sorts but my ex wife had the shrimp and crawdad Gumbo and we had it with Cajun fries and rice and it was amazing and had a great kick. And I reckon it would definitely work on a bed of vegetables as well so I'll look out for that seasoning 👍👍🍗🥬🥕🌶
