Good video and I see you've taken the red stopper out. I really like your description of "not an elegant process," it's a very nice way to say it. I'm going to start using that if you don't mind. I pick my machine up tomorrow, thanks again for the review!
I got one from Costco and had to take it back because it didn’t work. Then got another on from them and it work but the K-cup was not in the box. Now where I live we don’t have a Costco . The nearest one is 1 hour away from my home. So this suck again.
You have to remove the red silicon cover .Because its only for keurig version 1.0 and 2.0
Thats why coffe dripping very slow.

You need to remove the red rubber plug underneath the lid so that the 5 holes allow the coffee to come through.
I did that !!!! But thank you for mentioning that, I forgot to do that in the video
Yep. Keurig doesn't make that clear from the included instructions, but with the 5 nozzle units the red piece comes out.
True that, I also changed my machine to Ninja dual Brew and now the K cup is useless , I wish they were universal
Wait those are supposed to be removed?! Why do they have them in there then
Just a note that the one costco offers with the pods and says Special Edition has a different display and 5 temp settings.
Oh! I was waiting to see if you liked the coffee. Was ok?
Oh I loved it , got the original K pods of Van Houtte and they have become my Fav
