I guess but theres middle ground. I have encountered so many weak men who will get violent just after telling them reality or something, similar to all the woke people, similar to all the evangelicals. Some of those people don't need to use the internet if they cant handle opinions of every size and shape. Many people think you deserve an inherent level of respect and I think that's BS. You earn it. As well as many other people deserve to clown certain ideas and stances.. I mean these woke people hear something women like shouldn't vote and they'll start trying to murder you. Its pretty nuanced.

To be honest, I don't think time blindness is fake. Just look at General John. J. Pershing. The man was competent in most respects. And his superb management of American logistics let America carry out repeated offensives despite taking heavy losses early in the hostilities.
But the Man could not be on time to save his life. His aides just kind of learned to work around it. And Europeans were repeatedly driven up a wall by the General. Who was occasionally early, frequently late, but never on time.
Even with George C Marshal trying to herd Pershing like he was a cat. He stayed time blind till the end of the war, and beyond it.

I'm almost 100% sure that the chick in the video was faking, but there's definitely some truth to it for ppl with ADHD. It's pretty much losing track of time combined with poor short-term memory and attention span. Obviously it can be overcome with a bit of effort (for example, I combat it by preparing for events and appointments up to 2 hours in advance so even if I lose track of time, I can still arrive within 5-10 mins of the scheduled time) but it's evident that it's being exploited by lazy ppl for selfish reasons :(

So I am a driver at a pizza shop and at least several times a week I get people calling asking where their delivery is. Their default is it has been over an hour. Now our average delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour. Now when I check on what time the person actually ordered 9 times out of 10 it has only been 30 to 35 minutes since they ordered. Yet in their little time blind minds it has been over an hour. What I wanna know is how can these kids be time blind with how much time they spend on their phones? They literally have a clock in front of their faces at all hours of the day.

@@chesterlestrange7725Time blindness is a term that describes the experience of not having a clear sense of time. It is common for people with ADHD to struggle with time perception, as their brain may have differences in how it processes and measures time. People with ADHD may have difficulty estimating how long a task will take, how much time has passed, or how much time is left before an event. They may also have trouble switching from one task to another, sticking to a schedule, or meeting deadlines. Time blindness can affect their productivity, relationships, and well-being¹².
People without ADHD may also experience time blindness occasionally, especially when they are deeply engaged in an activity that they enjoy or find challenging. This is sometimes called being in a state of flow, where they lose track of time and focus on the present moment. However, this is usually a temporary and voluntary state, and they can easily snap out of it when they need to. They also have a more accurate and consistent sense of time in general, and can use various cues from their environment and their body to adjust their time perception³.
Therefore, the main difference between time blindness in people with ADHD and those without ADHD is that for people with ADHD, time blindness is more chronic and involuntary, and it affects them in various aspects of their life. For people without ADHD, time blindness is more occasional and voluntary, and it usually does not interfere with their goals or responsibilities.

As someone who was born with ADHD, "time blindness" was never a thing. I never had financial stability growing up so I couldn't afford to be late for work. My solution to morning shifts was to set my phone with the most annoying alarm theme possible. I chose a video game OST called "One Noisy Morning" from Wario Land II. It was so effective that I still use it 10 years later, I wake up pissed off but at least I'm awake damn it.
On a side note, I also wish I had the power to resurrect people. I'd purposely resurrect leftists from the 20th century just to show them how spineless the left of the 21st century is. Could you imagine the looks on their faces? Emma Goldman, Rosa Luxemburg, Eugene V Debs, Helen Keller (It'd have to be explained to her differently since she's blind and deaf...), Antonio Gramsci, Albert Einstein, MLK, Malcolm X, Fred Hampton, Che Guavera, Victor Jara... they'd all be furious and disappointed.
I suspect that all social media platforms were never about creating prosperous or strong communities, it was about inducing chaos within social frameworks while astroturfing surface-level peace and harmony, with the long term goal to putting society into a permanent frenzied psychosis, its some straight up universe 25 shit. A dumb population will never revolt, and if they do fight, its always each other over meaningless things that don't actually improve the material living conditions of ordinary work'n folk. Social media was obviously more successful than any western oligarch's wildest dreams.

@@BioAlpha5 I guess you have a point there, never looked at it that way. There was a time when I was working 2 tough labor jobs and got roughly 4-5 hours of sleep in between, I had no car so I biked several miles to and fro so yea that definitely can f with your perception of time, days and months would go by in what seemed like a blink of an eye, like when a gambler gets into the zone but there's no hope in winning anything. But I was never late to either of them. The warehouse I worked at had such a high turnover rate that whey didn't really care if you were late just as long as you had a solid track record of at least showing up, I needed the money so I was always on time and even sometimes worked through my break. Its a lifestyle I wouldn't wish on anyone, a decade ago I would've relished in watching others get crushed like I was, but since then I have been making an effort to ditch the crab bucket mentality. It's not easy and every once in a while it bubbles up to the surface but that's an inner demon I fight with daily. I have to say that my wife is diagnosed ADHD and definitely does have time blindness. It's under a suite of problems known as "executive functioning disorders." Basically, you know that internal clock you have that let's you estimate if a minute or a half-hour or an hour has passed, or you can roughly estimate if it's noon or 5pm? She doesn't have that. Kinda' like when you start playing a video game and suddenly it's 3am? That's her for everything. But she's also aware that the problem is her (and by extension my) problem to deal with. So she does things like set alarms for everything. This is the alarm for 10 minutes until I should leave for work, this is the alarm for when I should leave for work, etc. When chick there starts railing against the capitalist colonialist system of oppression that leaves people behind because they won't make accommodations for her (probably because her being late means someone else has to stay longer), that's when she's lost the plot. My wife also adds that she was totally fired for her attitude and the time blindness was an excuse. Most places can make accommodations under disability laws if you have a proper diagnosis.

I was going to say the same. People with ADHD have time blindness. I never know how much time has past unless I'm looking at a clock. I need to have a clock in view at all times and set alarms. Most jobs are ok with me being late every once in a while and understand but I make a real effort to be early most days and work very hard when I'm there. People these days want everyone else to bend over backwards for their problems instead of working though their problems themselves.
