Na ps3 all felt like Cooridor games. Run down a hall and shoot, watch cutscene, run down another hall.

Then people about your age up to a few years younger would have probably been the last generation where social media was more minor if present at all.

The PS2 era was a time in gaming unlike any other. Everything was innovative and new with every game release. Laid the groundwork for how gaming is today.
I remember seeing some of these back in the day Man the early 2000’s 😎😆😆 a simpler time I miss those days 😩
These was the best time to be around tbh! Even though there a lot of 2000s related things that have made a comeback today it is just obviously impossible to rewind time to this era. Fast and furious movies we’re popular, play station 2 was the worlds hottest system with so many amazing games, baggy clothes, heelys, 2000s music, bike rides with your friends, coming home after school without a responsibility in the world ready to hop on the game. Life was amazing and sometimes I feel like I didn’t cherish it enough but these memories will live in my heart!

My favorite fact about the PS2 is that it had a lifespan of 13 years (2000-2013). ❤
Ah yes, the days when devs and publishers showed ACTUAL game footage rather than prerendered stuff. Well kinda, I know there are some that did prerendered, but they mostly did in engine graphics. That and sometimes you saw it lag, but we didn't care back then.

I had a couple of games this video showed. I had Jak and Daxter the Precursor Legacy and I also had Kingdom Hearts for the PlayStation 2. Oh I forgot. I also had ratchet and clank going commando. All good games.

Ratchet and Clank had the best fucking ad campaigns for the early games imo, I love the idea of people testing the game weapons! God I wish Insomniac did those for Rift Apart (or even earlier with Sunset Overdrive, the commercials fit its wacky tone!)

I’ve actually got an lot of the PS2 trilogy games and some other games in the PS3 remastered version of some listed in this video, just saying is all? ( although I have some also on ps2 but also my PlayStation 3 has parts [mostly the graphics and memory chips from an PlayStation 4 ] if anyone was also wondering?
