Have decided to upgrade this year actually, was blown by the stunning performance of what LG have done this year. I still have the LGC9 55inch, around that time I was amazed and proud of even being able to own such technology and witness how amazing tv can get with OLED. That wall mount looks too narrow to allow you to both mount it on studs and center the TV horizontally on the wall.
In all the videos I've seen, people just mount it right where they want it without any regard to studs, so I'm assuming no one is actually mounting it on studs. Which makes me nervous with a 77 inch tv.

I am tempted to buy a G3, but i have a question: In yout video you state the wallmount is backwards compatible, i now have a 65gx , so can i just hang the G3 on the GX wallmount. And on the other side use the G3 wallmount for the GX in the bedroom?

I am looking for a TV for my bright and big living room. Looking for 65 or 75 inch models. I loved how Sony picture looked like in store however worried about peak brightness. I am looking at the 2022 XR A95K. It looks fantastic though expensive. Mainly looking to watch movies and shows. Have a 5.1 system with sound bar for immersive sound. Is the 95K an overkill? Which one would you suggest?
PS: Currently have a 3/4 year old Samsung QE55Q85R - QLED but not satisfied anymore with the quality and brightness.

I love LG tvs my fave.
I m still using my of signature flagship tv of 2018 (think that was year) which has the paper thin tv held on wall by magnets and only one main cable down tv connected to a speaker which also has all the other inputs. I love this tv so stunning. They do not make this anymore but I so wish they did. If they did I would buy a new version for sure
But instead I’m goona wait for the new wireless tv they’re doing coming out in sept. 😊

Currently still rocking the LG C9 55" and still really impressed with it. Not tempted to upgrade at the moment, however if I were to move to a house where I could fit a larger screen then the G3 77" would be my TV of choice.

I am on C9 65'' I went to see samsung lcd led 8k not so good s95c and G3 and C3 G3 and C3 are very similar but S95c is like a game changer the colors are more vibrant vs the LG G3 but the G3 is impressive its very close to S95C

I upgraded to LG C2 last year and I love it. LG is the king of TV as far as I know. Supposedly Sony is good too. I feel betrayed by Samsung when microSD was removed from the high end phones. So no Samsung for me.

What do you think about the pixels per inch (PPI) isn't 4k 65inch a better option for 4k TV ? I am worried that 77inch would be too much for 4k resolution.
Btw It's a shame that they are still putting usb 2.0 and 100mpbs Ethernet card on a flagship tv at 2023 .... I think its on purpose , so you cannot take full advantage of usb 3.0 Ethernet adapters (1gbps) , faster net speeds improve drastically the experience in the webOS/AndroidTV etc.

    Hey There Tom @Thetechchap
Seriously considering getting this model this year.
Only issue though is that I have a fairly flexible wall mount mechanism which allows for angle viewing and forward protrusion from the wall.
Would I have to replace it with the LG bespoke bracket?
If not - What is the VESA dimensions for this model?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to plug in additional HDMI stuff after you wall mount this TV? Is there a box available for this TV so we can have only one cable coming out of it (besides power)?
