There is an attachment that snaps on the large end of the UPLula that helps stabilize the loading of a 1911a1 single stack magazine. For those smaller .380 auto magazines there is the Baby UPLula. Best for the magazines used in the Keltec P3-AT, Ruger LCP, or, any small single stack magazine.

I must have one of the gen-1 Maglula UPlula's. There is no unloader on the first gen UPlula's. Even has "World wide Parents Pending." Have a another Gen-2 UPLula with an unloader in the back. With an 1911 attachment. The gen-2 has "US patent 7,637,048. Canada patent 2,604,965. Israel patent 186,088." Never knew about the unloader part until your video.

100% Yes, I've used it for both. :) It's good to go for just about any pistol mags. If you need one for smaller calibers, I also stock the Maglula BabyLULA, which works with .22 - .380 mags.
No, they don't sell on Amazon. There are a lot of counterfeits on Amazon and eBay, so if you come across something similar there, it's not the real deal.

I was looking for the yellow one so it was easy to see in low light situations in a bag or if dropped. They didn't have one so I settled on the pink. Not for my wife, but figuring on how many REAL men would "borrow" it to add to their own kit.

Another difference between the gen-1 and the gen-2 UPlula's is the locking button is grey on the gen-2. That button is black on the gen-1.
