Does anyone get a kick out of how EASILY Dr.Andrea says the word methylisothiazolinone ?! It amazes me ! It's gotta be 6 syllables & there are 21 letters! The way she easily says it is very impressive. She says it as easily as most of us say our name!
I haven't tried that conditioner yet because I couldn't remember where she mentioned it....but she talked about it again here , so now I know what to get !
I LOVE the L’Oreal hair mask! Thank you for the recommendation. My hair is fine, and thinning, so I was skeptical. However, it leaves my hair so soft and shiny and yet remains full and not limp or heavy. 10/10!

@@eddmoody3316 It has a velvety finish, which means it's not really shiny, even on very oily skin. I've been looking for an SPF that doesn't make me look like a glazed donut for years and this is definitely the one. Unfortunately, it does make my eyes more red as the day goes on. It doesn't make my eyes water, but there is still a slight discomfort that doesn't go away after a few minutes like other SPFs.

Yes, tried the mask thanks to this vlog and I LOVE it. The scent is comforting (like those buttermint candies) and the way it envelopes the hair once it's on really feels different than anything I've ever tried. I've had more good hair days because of this I think.

Hello Doctor Dray! Loved your saturday video- and more korean skin care! I wore Numbuzin toner, my vitamin C serum and the Round Lab Birch Juice sunscreen. I had a lady stop me in Costco and ask me my age and exactly what I used on my skin. She said 'you have no wrinkles'.....I said 'look closer'.... we laughed.
I told her that I was going to turn 66 in 2 weeks. She asked where she could purchase all of the products I mentioned. Korean skin care is so luxurious and performance based. It gives me confidence and I know my skin has improved as a result. PLEASE do more Korean skin care videos. Love from Canada

I haven't used the American version of the onion sunscreen of Isntree (the purple) but I've used the version for outside the US and the sunstick. It's an amazing sunscreen for oily skin. It's not greasy but not drying either. A new fav

That haruharu wonder sunscreen is my favorite! It’s moisturizing, has a nice texture, and doesn’t leave an overly dewy finish like some of the famous k-beauty sunscreens.

I have extremely sensitive skin with rosacea... I use fragrance free products including my laundry soap. I've been using the Attitude Oatmeal Sensitive Unscented shampoo for almost a year now. I love it... it doesn't irritate my scalp , also gentle enough to use on color treated hair. Happy Easter everyone 🌹

Happy Saturday! I, too, LOVE Korean skincare/sunscreens and they're so much more affordable than sunscreens here in the U.S. If you do a little haul on Stylevana, the shipping's free. Per your suggestion, I did buy the L'oreal hair mask. Yes, I like it, but I've only tried it twice. I've found that it works better (for me) as a conditioner in the shower and not as a leave in mask. I'm trying it for the third time this evening, so I'll see how it goes. In short, yes, it definitely smooths/shines the hair, but I think one needs to figure out the best way to use it for their hair type.

I was hoping you’d try the HaruHaru one. Been using it and absolutely love it, on par with skin1004 for me but cheaper. Got 3 bottles, going traveling to Philippines for the next 2 months covering up for sure. One bottle already lasts me for so long. Great pump.
I have recently started using Monday’s shampoo and conditioner in the Repair formula. I absolutely love it. It doesn’t have all the junk the others have. U might love it too.

I've recently purchased and tried the NEW Olay sensitive mineral spf 30 and I love it. Not greasy, no white cast, not drying, no skin issues whatsoever and leave a natural skin finish. I have fair skin but I feel that darker skin tone could have a minimal to ZERO white cast too. Worth trying from the drugstore 😊
I'd never buy Olay because it's not cruelty free... But I also have a huge issue with everything looking greasy on my skin. Most girls are ok with looking greasy, they just call it glowy, dewy, glass skin... I just want it to be as matte as possible. Even K-Beauty that was recommended to me to be matte makes me look so shiny, I feel embarrassed stepping outside looking like that.
@@lukastemberger it's okay, everyone have their preference but I also don't like looking dewy/glowy since it is the same as looking oily which I hate too. I don't wear makeup but translucent setting powders are life savers to avoid looking shiny, dewy and have excess oil production during the day with no matter the sunscreen you use even the most dewy sunscreen ever. I highly recommend it to you if you are interested obviously 😉
BUT , do you use , 2 or 3 finger lengths , to put on the face?
@@chickeastwater9883 this one comes in a pump bottle so I take like 4 pumps of it. Each pump deliver quite lot of product so maybe it is equal as 3 finger lengths. I can't tell you at 100% tho, sorry 😔
@@chickeastwater9883 SPF 15 blocks 93% of UV rays. It's more important to be consistent than psychotic about finger lengths, reapplying and having 50+ protection on at all times.
Most people are not even outdoors more than an hour or two a day on average. And obviously if you go to the beach or play outdoor sports all day, you need proper protection.

I did try the hair mask.i was impressed .
As far a spf lip balm, I will keep singing the parishes of Sun Sense spf 50+. So comfy and enjoyable to apply/wear. And it’s water resistant for a couple of hours. It’s a standout.
Mermaid is the best!
I have a hard time with sunscreens made is the USA but I’ve found that the Iunik calming centella sunscreen does a good job for me. It does have niacinamide in it though and can be drying.

Late watcher but happy Easter! I love that honest sensitive baby wash! Pediatrician said to avoid fragrance in baby products which was easy because I avoid it in general too. She gave a big NO to Johnson’s baby shampoo which lol because the hospital used that for the baby’s first bath. I usually don’t like sensitive cleansers cause sometimes they don’t suds up but this one suds up just right. I forget that baby items can be used for us too, I’m interested in trying the honest sensitive cream but the brand’s prices are so much for the amount you get. Plus I have 2 more jumbo bottles of Aveeno baby lotion so…
Also what a nice coincidence you’re using the collagen jelly cream! I’ve been interested in it since it’s a nice sized tub for the price you pay, especially since it’s an Asian beauty moisturizer. Gel moisturizers are not my jam but ultrasound jelly reference had me giggling! That stuff was a pain to wipe off completely, my belly would be wet & soft all day and night. 😆

dr dray please could you try out the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Sun Cream and the Dr G mild sun cream? they’re both mineral sunscreens and i’d love to get your opinion on it!
A while back Dr Dray reviewed Isdin sunscreen and since I have very sensitive skin and have trouble with most sunscreens, I tried it. I've been using it for 5 months now, daily, and it seems like the broken capillaries around my nose have improved. Is that possible? My skin is in such a great place, this sunscreen is a wonderful addition to my routine. Dr. Dray, thank you! You continue to make my skin better!
I know sun damage is a risk factor for worsening rosacea so I think sunscreen can help prevent making new broken capillaries. I definitely have less since I became a daily spf user.

Can you review red light panels like Mito panels vs red light face masks. For conditions like psoriasis or eczema, bigger light panels help a lot for more body coverage!
Glad I'm not the Lone Ranger in lamenting the lack of high SPF lip balms. The Canmake Mermaid Sun Gel has also been on my wishlist for a while, now. I'm always interested to see which new or novel sunscreens you've encountered, recently. It's mandatory for me, because I have a strong family history of melanoma.
Lavender colored susncreen is all the hype in Asian skincare. It's because the color can correct the dull and yellowish skin tone many Asians are bothered by, and it can brighten up the skintone a little bit. I recommand Anessa's SPF 50 with purple tint.

I would love to know what Korean or Japanese sunscreens are water resistant because i think my son would prefer the texture but he needs water resistant for activities.

I have the MoroccanOil hair mask and it’s so strongly fragranced I’ve only been able to use it once. It’s the same scent as the cream but 100x stronger.
Maybe I don't notice the scent as much because I air dry my long hair so it's not blowing around my face. Once it's dry I find the scent very very subtle. I like it 👍, clean & fresh
Ah man, I miss Central Market! So expensive, but I love browsing all the bougie gourmet grocery and personal care items from smaller and more obscure brands. Fun when you just wanna spend 30-40 minutes smelling all kinds of lotions, shampoos, and solid perfumes.

Hi Dr. could you do a video about using spf stick on the lips? I think its a really great idea, just not sure is it safe if you accidentally consume it while licking your lips, due to micro plastic ingredients etc.

i have tried adapalene a few times using only a pea size amount and every time i’d wake up with swollen red eyelids that itch for days and take at least 3-4 days to recover i have dry skin type and i did use vaseline around my eyes,is it something others have experienced or it’s purely a reaction?
